A story in 2004 in the LA Times broke that shows once more how these men and in this case women fall right und the condemnation of those false prophets and teachers coming along even in the time of the Apostle Peter, John ,Paul and the rest. Here is short excerpt from it.
In the LA Times article alone, it was disclosed that Paul Crouch and his wife, Jan Crouch, earn more than $750,000 in salaries and have a collection of luxuries at their disposal, including a TBN-owned jet and some 30 homes across the US. TBN's response:
"Regarding the various real properties mentioned, all are owned by TBN, not Dr. and Mrs. Crouch, and they are used for multiple purposes, including program settings, and temporary housing for network guests, contractors and agents. In addition, such properties represent alternative investment vehicles that provide appreciably better returns then bank CDs, savings accounts, and bond funds, etc. Similarly, TBN's corporate aircraft is only utilized in the course of business. It is not unusual for Dr. Crouch, and employees traveling with him, to visit several different cities and stations over the course of a trip. The plane allows flexibility and effective time management, and avoids the impact of Dr. Crouch's status as a public person."
Are 30 homes, private jets and large salaries a good use of ministry funds? It seems to me that this is a hard-sell to the many people who give to a ministry in good faith, thinking their money is going to further the gospel.
Now there is a need for much truth to be told on the way so many of these anti-Christ bring hatred toward the true light of the Gospel.
How often these so referred as "called minsters" have quoted a portion of Corinthians out of context- specifically the passages found in I Corithians 9:9 -
"We read in the Law of Moses, " Do not muzzle and ox when you are using it to thresh the grain" Now is God concernead about the oxen" He ask a rhetorical question, Didn't he really mean us when he sadi that? Of course that was written for us- referring to the Apostles and none others- he goes on to say some very important things the wise would be good to recall- He says and lets go further so we gain the whole context of what he about to say.
I quote from the New American Standard Bible -
Yea, for our sake it was written:because he that ploweth ought to plow in hope, and he that thresheth, to thresh in hope of partaking. 11 If we sowed unto you spiritual things, is it a great matter if we shall reap your carnal things? 12 If others partake of this right over you, do not we yet more?
Now none of what he has said are posed as statements of law- like all these false teachers would have you believe- rather he poses questions, we already know from reading other passages how both Peter and Paul warned against these "messenger's of light" that were running about- first off quoting law- forgetting what Paul wrote in Galatians- READ GOD's WORD instead of letting it collect dust on your dashboard in your car or in your home's. Most folks only dust it off for a Sunday morning meeting.
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse:for it is written, Cursed is every one who continueth not in all things that are written in the book of the law, to do them. 11 Now that no man is justified by the law before God, is evident:for, The righteous shall live by faith; 12 and the law is not of faith; but, He that doeth them shall live in them. 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us; for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
So that there pretty much sums up some so called law of Tithing from the Old Covenant
So we know already that Paul was not teaching a law of tithing but placing rhetorical questions before this body of Christ to show what the practice of the "true Apostles" was. Let's read further: Something you will never get these false teachers and prophets to do
-If others partake of this right over you, do not we yet more?
Here was the point- there were others taking advantage of them demanding a right to which wasn't there's truly because now Paul shows the way that is right to do, if we could but get the body of Christ to read the Word, instead of letting men interpret it to them, then there would be less shame on the Word of God, and how these minister's of Satan peddle the Word, they are likened unto Simon the Magician who wanted the power of the Holy Spirit bestowed upon him to do the miraculous to profit from it.
Let's read Paul's correction as always he sets the example whereby those called to preach the good news- which is each and everyone of us, now. He shows the example of a true Apostle that has a heart not of greed and profit, but one of sharing the GOOD NEWS of Christ.
Nevertheless we did not use this right; but we bear all things, that we may cause no hindrance to the gospel of Christ. 13 Know ye not that they that minister about sacred things eat of the things of the temple, and they that wait upon the altar have their portion with the altar?
Again he takes this legal question and converts it to the Grace of God.
14 Even so did the Lord ordain that they that proclaim the gospel should live of the gospel. 1
Once again the powers of the CATHOLIC CHURCH changed this to read as a statement when it is clear it is a rhetorical question that he will answer again in his next statement.
5 But I have used none of these things:and I write not these things that it may be so done in my case; for it were good for me rather to die, than that any man should make my glorifying void. 16 For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of; for necessity is laid upon me; for woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel. 17 For if I do this of mine own will, I have a reward:but if not of mine own will, I have a stewardship intrusted to me. 18
Note Paul makes very clear what His reward was from the Lord in his ministry- READ IT PREACHERS!
He answers now these rhetorical questions to once and for all to set the tone for his truth and how he always presents it with love for their correction.
What then is my reward? That, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel without charge, so as not to use to the full my right in the gospel.He closes near this last statement that these false teachers were doing to show their motive.
And I do all things for the gospel’s sake, that I may be a joint partaker thereof.
The question? Is the Gospel to be received by those that pay for it? Absolutely not!
Freely God gave and freely are we to give- and this doesn't mean tithing money to someone else who preaches, this means we are called to present the Gospel in such a way that no one can speak evil of us. By always presenting it without taking advantage of anyone in money or anything as far as that goes.
Let me show you Paul's efforts of accountability were when he was sending money (this gift) to the poor- NOTE: He wasn't sending this money to some "hot shot ministry" or "a pastor", or "a building fund" or "a program"- but to the poor Christians in Corinth-
Let's look how Paul avoided all aspects of false blame as well to come to them when they were going to have their gifts of love sent to Corinth what steps he took for accountabilty. You may read the Chapter ahead of this one and come to understand where and for what purpose this gift was to serve.
Note these passages - the money wasn't designed to go to a ministry, an organization or any one person- it was designed to go to the poor in Corinth and Paul being very accountable to God- he states the following:
But thanks be to God, who putteth the same earnest care for you into the heart of Titus. 17 For he accepted indeed our exhortation; but being himself very earnest, he went forth unto you of his own accord. 18 And we have sent together with him the brother whose praise in the gospel is spread through all the churches; 19 and not only so, but who was also appointed by the churches to travel with us in the matter of this grace, which is ministered by us to the glory of the Lord, and to show our readiness: 20 Avoiding this, that any man should blame us in the matter of this bounty which is ministered by us: 21 for we take thought for things honorable, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men. 22 and we have sent with them our brother, whom we have many times proved earnest in many things, but now much more earnest, by reason of the great confidence which he hath in you. 2
Note: he not only sends Titus, he sends another brother in Christ as well, so NO ONE could accuse any one person of misusing or stealing or taking what wasn't theirs for their own use. TWO MIND YOU BRETHREN ARE SENT TO GUARD THE GIFT HE JUST TALKED ABOUT IN THE VERSES PREVIOUS TO THIS.
THIS MONEY AGAIN WAS MEANT TO SUPPLY THOSE WITH LESS THAN THOSE THAT HAD A SURPLUS- so that the body of Christ would share and have all things in common.
I would also have that in every case that Paul wrote a letter- if the letter was meant to be addressed to the top dogs, of an organization called a Pastor- he never once addresses any of his letters as - Dear Pastor- go tell your congregation these things!
Whoops! There goes the destruction of all of the baloney that is thrown out there to keep people under manipulation and to stir them to give their money to them- they never bother to read all of scripture and obtain the truth! Whose fault is it that these false Apostles and Teachers take advantage of them. It is their own because they are they are just too lazy to study the Word of God for themselves and generally the only time they crack open their Bibles is to read along with these False teachers in a meeting whereby he will proceed to twist scripture to manipulate the masses listening to give Him money, the program, the building or other. Such a small proportion of money taken in is actually provided to the lost and to the poor! 98% of all the money taken in is spent on the organization itself and very little to maintain the equality of material needs within the body of Christ. How many "churches" have those within their own congregation, who may be materially suffering even now.
There are those that are in the so called ministry- that surely have much more than all those they pretend to minister too and then one must ask where is the equality that Paul talks about in the Chapter before this?
Not an equality in giving to ministers, he has nullified that idea right out front here, but giving to those who have less "that their lack will be made up by the others surplus?"
It doesn't exist today that I can see.
Lies are only believed because very few people seek the truth for themselves, so then they are easily persuaded by this ADVERSARY (SATAN) who comes even as an angel (messenger)of Light.
My prayer is that each one of you would take the time to read these verses and give it great thought and then trust God and men less, and study to shew thyself approved. Then surely the gifts of those who have much that they give from will put them at equal standing with those whose lack has been supplied by their surplus.
If Christians heeded the Word of God instead of listening to those false interpreters of it- welfare would probably become non- existent in this country who claims to be "a christian nation!"
It is important that every believer understand these passages written by John the Apostle of Christ -
I John 1: 24-
24 As for you, let that abide in you which ye heard from the beginning. If that which ye heard from the beginning abide in you, ye also shall abide in the Son, and in the Father. 25 And this is the promise which he promised us, even the life eternal. 26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that would lead you astray. 27 And as for you, the anointing which ye received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any one teach you; but as his anointing teacheth you; concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, ye abide in him.
May God Bless You as you seek His truth and allow the Holy Spirit within to guide you in all things that are true and to reject the teachings of these Anti-Christ liars.

True Fellowship - One To Another
Oh, that all the Lord's people were prophets, and that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them," (Numbers 11:29).
This is what the Priesthood of Believers is All ABOUT- this eliminates one man leadership and allows the Holy Spirit to guide and direct any fellowship that we as Believers are to have together.
Love one another (John 13:34, 35).
- Be devoted to one another (Romans 12:10).
- Honor one another above yourselves (Romans 12:10).
- Live in harmony with one another (Romans 12:16).
- Stop passing judgment on one another (Romans 14:13).
- Edify one another (Romans 14:19).
- Instruct (admonish) one another. (Romans 15:14).
- Accept one another (Romans 15:7).
- Have concern for one another (I Corinthians 12:25).
- Carry one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2).
- Forgive one another (Ephesians 4:32).
- (Ephesians 5:21).
- Agree with one another (Philippians 4:2).
- Teach one another (Colossians 3:16).
- Encourage one another (I Thessalonians 4:18).
- Build each other up (I Thessalonians 5:11).
- Live in peace with one another (I Thessalonians 5:13).
- Be kind to each other (I Thessalonians 5:15).
- Spur one another to good deeds (Hebrews 10:24).
- Confess sins to one another (James 5:16).
- Offer hospitality to one another (I Peter 4:9).
- Serve each other (I Peter 4:10).
- Show humility to one another (I Peter 5:5).
- Have fellowship with one another (I John 1:7).
"One another" is all encompassing phrase and needs no one but Jesus Christ as the High Priest and we His Temple to come together and have relationship and fellowship as Christians with one another, no special program, no directors, or masters of ceremony, no hocus pocus, no special buildings or incorporations, no name but the wonderful name of YESHUA...JESUS THE KING!
The Holy Spirit is our guide and teacher of ALL TRUTH!
If all you have is a bunch of a little ears coming to hear a Greek oration or one man speech....this is impossible, it rules out the Priesthood of Believers.
If our practices do not reflect the scripture and only the traditions of men, then they are unscriptural, anti-biblical and therefore Anti-Christ!
Isn't it interesting how easy the wolves came in and gobbeled up the sheep and relegated them to silence in a pew.....no wonder they stink!
They are dead men, doing dead men's deeds, just like the pagans and their priest in their so called times of worship....no difference.
If you want to see the restoration of the body of Christ it is time that those that refer to themselves as the EKKLESIA, translated as the Church by the evil hierarchy of Catholcism and Popery turn to practice those traditions that the Word of God and the Apostles laid down. Not the traditions of men as spelled out by Ignatius and others who began the formulation of Bishop, Priest and Pastor worship..... WE ARE TO PASTOR EVERY NEW BELIEVER...disciple them by the leading of the Holy Spirit that calls all men to count in their faith in Christ to allow Him to be their ALL and ALL!
The "church" is crying out for RESTORATION, not REVIVAL and not REFORMATION, let those things of the early Christians before the traditions of men came in be RESTORED to the leading and direction of GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT FOR WHOM HE GAVE TO THE "CALLED OUT ONE's OF GOD- the ekklesia the real word for God's people before the great kings of Popery changed it all into a misdirection of "nullifying the Commandments of God for the Traditions of Men".
Thus Paul wrote not as a chide against the believers at Corinth but as this is the practice .....
The gathering together whether by two or more gathered in His NAME it is based upon the full priesthood of all believers with mutual edification and mutual upbuilding for the purpose of personal strengthening, similar to the model that is found in
I Corinthians 14:26.
26 What is it then, brethren? When ye come together, each one hath a psalm, hath a teaching, hath a revelation, hath a tongue, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. 27 If any man speaketh in a tongue, let it be by two, or at the most three, and that in turn; and let one interpret: 28 but if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God. 29 And let the prophets speak by two or three, and let the others discern. 30 But if a revelation be made to another sitting by, let the first keep silence. 31 For ye all can prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be exhorted; 32 and the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets; 33 for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace.
Paul continues his instruction for the fellowship meeting of believers which makes clear that this is instruction- the tradition of the Apostles, and not a criticism of the way things were done, but how they are to be done. One cannot separate this verse out from the rest of his instruction of practice for the ekklesia in the rest of the following verses - that His "called out one's" when they meet to fellowshipare to do.
How the orthodox church in it's effort to replace the Holy Spirit as the director of fellowship and make a man or men the center of the meeting, amazes me how they can twist the scripture to their own destruction, and leave the Holy Spirit knocking on their building doors wanting inside to express Himself through the entire body aside from a "one man show"
Let us if we choose to come together at least be Biblical for anything other is anti-Biblical and reflects the traditions of men and their pagan practices. Let us seek and serve the High Priest and let Him express Himself through those scripture refers to as Kings and Priest unto Himself. Let us practice "one to another" and I assure you, we will "turn the world upside down" as the early body of Christ did.

The Shack- A Wonderful Book~
Readers: I have just finished reading one of the most wonderful Christian fictional books written in a very long time. It is called the "The Shack" written by William P. Young. This book will be a spiritual experience for you, it will wake you to the reality of God's grace and His love, and the part that God plays in a universe we think has gone mad, but yet, HE IS STILL IN CONTROL!
I read intensely, as I do all books that grab my attention, I hungered to hear more of so many confirmations of the truth the Lord as revealed to me in my walk with Him for over the 49 years of my walk with Him. It will stir your emotions as well as your intellect, it will give you thoughtful perspective into the reality of not only the atonement but the life of Christ available to every believer that comes to know that wonderous love of God and who he really is. He is not what man has devised in their fallen minds, but He is beyond all we can imagine or think. This book is a story of one man's pain and suffering in growing up under a religious but abusive father who he even sought to kill. It is the story of this same man, and his loss of hsi young daughter to a serial child killer. It is the story of hope, love and forgiveness offered to Christ for all of us no matter what walk we are in life, no matter what sin we have committed, no matter what religious bondage we have fallen prey to, it is story of faith, hope and love. It transcends all the mumbo jumbo religious garbage out there, and brings you to your knees before PAPA- our heavenly Father, not out of fear and bondage to fear but out of response to the MASTER OF LOVE AND PEACE. It will bring you to understand that our concept of God is so limited by our earthly minds and carnal nature. It will make you realize just how far our fallen state of mind has reduced the ETERNAL ONE, to a mere image of our fallen selves. It will make you see how the history of the institution has manipulated men, women and children to draw upon the concepts of God's love into a bitter fear and hiding that Adam must have felt in the Garden, yet there was PAPA crying out his name looking for him, not to shame him but to cover his now known darkness of his fallen self. It will awake you to the reality that HE IS ALWAYS IN CONTROL...and no evil that has befallen you or loved ones, can ever separate the fact that GOD IS LOVE!
WHAT FORGIVENESS, WHAT GRACE, WHAT WONDER....if we all could only have the experience as Mack the main character in the book had. In truth, it has been a little here and a little there, but imagine a few days in the presence of the GREAT ONE portrayed as HE walked this earth, as pure human flesh, as you and I yet, though tempted to disregard God's love and promises he held strong so that you and I can come into that very same relationship with PAPA, and through Him we might experience the power of TRUE LOVE not distorted by man's concepts of hatred and fear.
God loves us...He truly loves all of mankind and meets us on the road we are on, anytime and anyplace. The confirmations of things that the Father has taught me in this latter part of my life were wonderful to find that I wasn't alone, that this author through the portrayal of a simple fictional book could bring those to bear that I am not alone in my perception of the wonder of God's love. Read it or you will miss a wonderful blessing, that will make you cry and receive joy within your spirit. It is a gift from God that led the authors hands and mind to put words to it all that very few authors ever have, and most preachers will never be able to do so, or desire to do so, less they find themselves, unemployed, for lack of some sheep to manipulate and con. I don't say that meaning all have a heart of greed but the institution is a hierarchy which God knows nothing of. May God bless you in reading this book. Go to the website or click on the link above. It is a gift from God that led the authors hands and mind to put words to it all that very few authors ever have, and most preachers will never be able to do so, or desire to do so, less they find themselves, unemployed, for lack of some sheep to manipulate and con. The Lie the Church Tells of Separation of Church and State
I am writing this as I have expressely stated before that the church, the institutional church, if it were God's "called out one's" they surely destroyed that when it chose to incorporate and put itself under the authority of the State.
Well, I also believe very strongly this is so, when it comes to the idea that marriage by the State is what sanctifies a marriage as a marriage.
Even in the times of Christ, the Jews did not seek out the approval of the Roman government, to issus a marriage license. to declare two people married. It has come time for the "church" to recognize these errors within itself, should it ever desire to return to being an assembly of God's "called out one's" versus an organization incorporated as a kingdom of this earth, under the authority of the State and the Federal government for the sake of gain. Let's be honest, this move by the institutional church was made for no other reason than the sake of money, so that they could declare themselves a non-profit organization and recieve special tax benefits on the millions of dollars that they manipulate from the body of Christ for gain and power over them. It is self gratifying and self feeding. Very little money actually goes to the poor, to evangelism of the unsaved or to the support of other believers within a "congregation", the majority goes to buildings, buildings and more buildings and to the hierarchial staff of those who are suppose to be more spiritual than the layman who are manipulated out of this money each week at services held across the world, under "the lie of tithing".

Once more the State has proven itself for what it is, an institution of Godless men and women, who care less about morality then the people they supposedly are suppose to represent. The main goal of any State law basically requiring some sort of licensing or approval by the State, is the opportunity to make profits. In this case they want to profit from marriage licenses issued to the homosexual population. I can see in California especially how this new law will help fill the State coffers a lot more, being there is such a large population of homosexuals in the State of California. I can't fault them for wanting their piece of the action, isn't that governments purpose these days, to take money which isn't theirs in the first place.
My point to my article here written why can't the Christian realize, that all the kingdoms of this world, including the church is nothing more than an organization organized and instituted by fallen men and women. Thus the laws and practices of such fall under the description what the Bible states about this world, that "Satan is the god of this world".
The word "world" being "cosmos" in the Greek implying the whole of all of the system as we know it and experience it about us.
Marriage should have never been reduced to a marriage license in the first place as issued by ANY governmental institution.
If two drunks go to Vegas, male and female, and in the night they meet each other, and while under the influence of alcohol they should get married, in one of the little Chapels over there, and wake up and realize what they have done, did the license really make a marriage? Of course not, and neither does it matter whether one is sober or drunk, the fact that the state issues a marriage license, doesnt grant anyone God's blessing as a marriage.
Marriage is between male and female and was ordained so by God, but when the church itself even declares that two people aren't married unless they get a license by this godless state declaration they too have given marriage as a declaration not by the God who instituted it but by the State, the pagan State no less, the god to bless it. Thus in my opinion, the recent events, prove my point.
Two people getting a marriage license doesnt mean a thing. Marriage is a commitment of heart and two lives for eternity under God and as described by God in scripture, not a thing of legal papers issued by an institution of any government!
Thus if the State wants to say two Homosexuals are married, let them do so, but let the true body of Christ, say "that is fine and dandy, you pagans do what you want to do, but those that are in the body of Christ, are withdrawing, from this sort of recognition of marriage by the State and the necessity for licensing and we are returning to our roots". The only marriage the body of Christ will recognize is one in which the two marrying individuals male and female, are born again believers and have sought only their love and commitment of one another as their right to live with one another in holy matrimony, that is approved by God and Him alone and witnessed by other believers of like mind and the only license they need comes from above and not within or from the institutions of this cosmos that belongs to Satan anyway.
When Christians get all upset and want to fight the hopeless battle of trying to make the State be moral, they are wasting their time. It is Satan's kingdom, the State is, and joining themselves to it, in the first place, whether it be for marriage recognition or incorporation to simply assemble as fellow believers, is PURE APOSTASY anyway.
Our very early Christian believers, died in Coliseums and were slaughtered by the millions simply for refusing to pay homage to Caesar, yet the "church" today desires to be Caesar or win Caesar's approval or to change Caesar to be something it cannot be, an extension of the Ekklesia. Folks, the Kingdom of God will not be created out of any of man's kingdoms. So give up the idea, there is no such thing as a "Christian nation". Not at least until Christ returns and judges all the kingdoms of this world, and establishes Himself truly as King for the world to see.
It never will be nor can it be, until Jesus returns and He establishes righteousness and destroys all the kingdoms of this world, which includes the institutional church!
So, quit fretting over the laws this country is passing which are contradictory to who you are in Christ. Let the godless men and women of the kingdoms of this world do what they are going to do anyway and that is always to worship the creation rather than the Creator! Read the Book of Romans, First Chapter.
Leave the State to do what it's going to do, but separate yourself from it, and be God's child in His kingdom, subject only to Him, as Jesus did and all those who truly followed Him throughout history. They paid the price of persecution as He did, and He promised those that were truly His would suffer the same.
I suffer persecution from those even who claim to be Christian often, but have no clue what it means to live for the Kingdom of God, versus the kingdom's of this world.
America nor it's institutions or it's governments are representative nor have they ever been "The Kingdom of God". The sooner that real Christians get that in their head and into their heart, they will learn that this world doesnt matter, it is bent on a race for judgement anyway. Thus, if you as a Christian male or female love each other, are committed to one another for a lifetime, you do not have to seek the approval of the State, make your parents and family understand why you won't seek the State's blessing (pagan in nature) and rather you seek only their recognition and the other believers you know to call you married, and that you seek to love one another without a State's license. All you need is God's blessing, make sure you have that and nothing else matters. Let the church if it wants to be the ekklesia, come together, withdraw from incorporation first, and then grant the love of a make and female who want to be with one another for a lifetime, let it be that assembly of believers that say, yes they are married, and that's all they need is the body of Christ's recognition of love and no more State licenses.
Radical, I know and in the minds of those who are brainwashed with institutional thinking, what I have said here will rattle their pea brains, but when the truth be told, the State can't declare anyone married, never could, since marriage is something that belongs to the Creator himself from the beginning.

Let God be the one that calls what is a marriage and only time will tell if it is. Who needs the godless's license's anyway, who needs the State for anything if Christ is truly your head, and your Shepard, your leader, your authority.
Forget the State, give them time and they will soon declare a man marrying his dog is marriage. Let the "ekklesia" be the one that calls what a marriage is for now on!

Paul warned of joining the harlot to Christ, and that's exactly what Constantine, he told Christians they had to join the body of Christ to the harlot of paganism and the unsaved, and the church has been in the same state since, of Adultery. Wake up Christians, see the truth and live the truth, the State nor this government or any institution that allies itself to it, is from God, God only allows man to form governments, it is his sovereign decision, but it is not His desire, for his ultimate desire is to reign over your heart, not your pocketbook, nor your business, nor your little group of people meeting in pagan temples. God desires to have all of you, Twenty four and seven, then you can say you truly worship God and not men.

Easter or Resurrection Day?
The most important act that Jesus was to do, that proved and proves He was the Messiah was to be dead, as Jonah was in the belly of the whale, 3 days and 3 nights and then to be raised from the dead after this time period. Matthew 12:39-40
Now how could we ever arrive that Jesus was crucified on "Good Friday and raised on Sunday morning for this would be only 2 nights and one day. The significance of Jesus doing exactly as He said cannot be washed away by the traditions of men, for without him doing exactly as He said, He would not be the Messiah, He stated this was the only proof sign He would give Israel that He was who He said He was. All attempts to explain away, His statement are false. Good Friday and Sunday as 'the day of Resurrection' are the inventions and traditions of men,.
This time period, of 3 days and 3 nights was to be factual and historical.
How did we ever get to where we are today?
Jesus knows exactly how long a day and a night is. In John 11:9-10 He said, is there not 12 hours in a day -but if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth. In Genesis 1:4,
Jesus declares, he divided the light from the darkness, and He called the light day and the darkness he called night. and the evening (darkness) and the morning (light) were the first day..., and the evening and the morning were the second day...and the evening and the morning were the third day" The Word of God conclusivley proves the time needed to fulfill the 3rd day. It should be conclusive to all, that it was impossible for Christ to have been crucified on Friday and raised Sunday.
It is merely traditions of men that created this time period of Friday to Sunday, which if it were true would disapprove Christ as the Messiah.
The time period Jesus gave was as important as the fact that He was to be raised from the dead, less He not be the Messiah, and the sign not be true to Israel.
In Mark 8:31, Jesus, "began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things ...and be killed, and AFTER 3 days rise again". And in Mark 9:31; "they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day". And in Matthew 27:63 "After 3 days I will rise again". And in John 2:19-21; "destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up". This day ended at sunset according to Bible reckoning - Lev. 23:32. Jesus cried out soon after the "ninth hour" or 3 o'clock in the afternoon on the preparation day - Matt. 27:46-50, Mark 15:34-37, Luke 23:44-46. Jesus was laid in the tomb just before this same day ended - just before sunset - Matt. 27:57-60. And John 19:42 adds, "There laid they Jesus Therefore because of the Jew's preparation day". The Jewish custom was all dead bodies had to be buried before the beginning of a new day, and, according to the Bible He was - just barely before sunset as the scriptures prove. This leads to an intriguing conclusion. Three full nights and three full days after that preparation day sunset, brings us to sunset. Which means the resurrection occurred at sunset not sunrise! If Jesus rose at any other time of day He could not have been 3 days and 3 nights in the grave and He would have failed to prove by the sign He gave, His Messiahship. The "preparation day" for the Sabbath is defined by John 19:14,31: "...for that Sabbath day was a high day...It was the preparation of the Passover". Any Jew can tell you what a "high day" is. There are seven each year - all called Sabbaths, and each year they fall on different days of the week. (Leviticus 16:31, 23:24, 26-32 and 39 refers to all these annual holy days as Sabbaths.) Matthew 26:2; "Ye know that after 2 days is the feast of the Passover and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified". All Bible texts say Jesus was crucified on the Passover. The Bible in Num.28:16-17, defines the Passover; "And in the 14th day of the first month [called Abib] is the Passover of Yahweh. And in the fifteenth day of the month is the Feast". The Hebrew calendar shows that in A.D. 31, the year Jesus was crucified, the 14th of ABIB which was the Passover, which is always the preparation day for the annual high day Sabbath, was on Wednesday, and the High Sabbath was on Thursday.
There were 2 Sabbaths that week - the annual high Sabbath, and the weekly Sabbath which was the day of the resurrection. (Saturday using standard weekly Roman traditions.)
Jesus rose from the dead as He said He would in John 2:19, 3 days and 3 nights later, at or near sunset on the 2nd Sabbath of that week - to bring light into darkness. It was Saturday night, not Sunday morning.
I Corinthians 15:3-4; "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that the Messiah died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures".
If we look at a calendar for that year, it is quite easy to figure out that the preparation day; the crucifixion day was on Wednesday, and that 3 days and 3 nights after that, was near sunset on Saturday. It is also significant that as Daniel's prophecy in 9:24-27 says, Jesus was to be cut off "in the midst of the week". This prophecy uses the day for a year symbolism so that the "70 weeks" became a literal 7 years, with the Messiah being "cut off in the midst", (after only 3 1/2 years of teaching) and also in the middle day of a literal week.
There is one more final proof in the Bible.
In Mark 16:1, Mary Magdalene and her companions did not buy their spices to anoint Jesus until after the Sabbath was past. They could not prepare them until after this, yet after preparing the spices they rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment (Luke 23:56). These scriptures seem to contradict themselves unless you accept the possible explanation: After the annual high Sabbath, which was Thursday, the women purchased and prepared the spices on Friday, and then they rested on Saturday - the weekly Sabbath.
This fact would make it Jesus was crucified on a Wednesday (14th of ABIB, A.D. 31) and was resurrected on a Saturday (17TH of ABIB, A.D. 31), placed in the tomb near sunset, and rose out of the tomb near sunset on Saturday.
"Good Friday" and Easter Sunday, then must be pagan myths; traditions of men, adopted by the early Roman Christian church and accepted as "okay" by almost all Christians today.
Centuries old documents exist that evidence the Wednesday crucifixion and Saturday resurrection. A document entitled the "Didascalia Apostolorum", dating from around the year 200 A.D., mentions the last Passover Supper of Jesus and His disciples was on a Tuesday evening. It should be noted that the timing mentioned in the document also corresponds with the Biblical method of reckoning the week as starting with Sunday as the first day with the days beginning at sunset. The document states: "For when we had eaten the Passover on the third day of the week at even [Tuesday evening], we went forth to the Mount of Olives; and in the night they seized our Lord Yah'shua. And the next day, which was the fourth [day] of the week [Wednesday], He remained in the house [arrest] of Caiaphas the high priest".

I am not writing this to say that we must celebrate the Holy Days that are given, the many festivals, etc. exactly as they are. I am not a Sabbatarian, nor am I Judaic. I am not writing any of these things to call those that do what they do as far as the day they recognize makes them pagans. It doesn't, but it can surely be seen as honoring paganistic ideas of days and times.
What I do is write these things that truth may be the foundation of all our understanding of the Word and as a believer in the death and resurrection for us to realize these things as truth.
I believe it is very important for Christians to understand what they believe and why they believe it and what truth of God's word is versus the traditions of men. It is of most importance that we see how easily it is for men, the first church-state union Constantine's reign, later the ruler Theosidus and the developing Catholic church changed truth to encompass paganism into the church and how men have changed most of what is true to a lie.
We have typically stated the day of resurrection as Sunday because of verses like Mark 16:2-4
Simply because Mary Magdelene and Mary didn't discover that the tomb was empty until that Sunday morning, that He must have risen that morning, but the scripture doesnt say Sunday he arose, it just says that they found the tomb empty on this day.
Which also makes sense, as travel was limited on Saturday the normal Sabbath. Thus this is why they didn't find the tomb empty on Saturday, because they would not have walked to the tomb on a Saturday Sabbath. They were at rest, while Jesus was rising from the dead. This showing as well to the Jewish Sabbatarians with all their ridiculous rules and regulations of the Talmud, "that the Sabbath was created by Yahweh for men and not men for the Sabbath", this in my opinion is another reason I accept Saturday evening. For he didn't remain at rest, he was alive, risen from the grave as He promised come the ending of the Sabbath day, Saturday, the beginning of the evening before Sunday. He arose but it wasn't until the next morning that the tomb was empty.
So, taking the time periods as laid out by scripture, he must have had to stay in the grave 3 days, 3 nights just as He said he would as a sign, the only sign he would give to the Jews that proved he was Messiah and to us our Saviour.
So Saturday evening really had to be the time of His resurrection. Sunday, was the day it was discovered he had risen as promised.
It's not a significant importance what day "we choose to recognize" he was raised in that our salvation might depend on the day we honor, as much as we recognize how much the Catholic church changed things to fit the Roman calendar and Roman times and Roman days of importance. Constantine and Theosidus made significant changes to things eternal, the traditions of the Apostles laid on the foundation of Christ, to the traditions of men, just as the Jews did with creating the Talmud and all it's traditions above the Torah.
Men constantly work at trying to distort the Gospel. I have known men that couldnt accept the story of Christ crucifixion and resurrrection just because the recognized days traditionally do not fit the story or his promise of 3 days and 3 nights. So though it may not mean our salvation if we accept the traditions of men account over the truth, but it could mean the salvation of someone else, because of the inaccuracy of time these traditions have created.
It is significant that we recognize just what RESURRECTION DAY is versus EASTER.
So let me lay down the facts about how the EASTER thing came about.
Now let us look at the true origins of the day and time we call Easter.

Before long, in addition to worshipping Tammuz (or Nimrod reborn), the people also worshipped Semiramis herself as the goddess of fertility. In other cultures, she has been called Ishtar, Ashtur and yes, Easter.
The origin of Easter goes back to the springtime ritual instituted by Semiramis following the death of Tammuz, who, according to tradition, was killed by a wild boar. Legend has it that through the power of his mother's tears, Tammuz was "resurrected" in the form of the new vegetation that appeared on the earth.
According to the Bible, it was in the city of Babel that the people created a tower in order to defy God. Up until that time, all the people on the earth spoke one language. The building of the tower led God, as recorded in Genesis 11:7, to confuse their tongues to keep them from being further unified in their false beliefs. As the people moved into other lands, many of them took their pagan practices with them.
Contemporary traditions such as the Easter Bunny and the Easter egg can also be traced back to the practices established by Semiramis. Because of their prolific nature, rabbits have long been associated with fertility and its goddess, Ishtar. Ancient Babylonians believed in a fable about an egg that fell into the Euphrates River from heaven and from which Queen Astarte (another name for Ishtar or Semiramis) was "hatched."

Thus, I too do not recognize the term Easter for the Day of Resurrection nor do I recognize the traditions associated with it. We are called to be separate from the world, in it but not of it. Thus it is important for us to understand the significance of the celebration and what it's true origins are. The word of God tells us to abstain from even the appearance of evil. To know the difference. To know truth from error. Surely Easter is evil and the Day of Resurrection is good.
The two must be separated for the Ekklesia so that truth will stand out like a light to a fallen world.
Jesus didn't die and raised again so the commercial marketers of the Babylonian system worldwide could obtain wealth off the purchases of Christians for Easter Eggs, and Bunny Rabbits and all that pagan garbage. It has lessened the significance of the resurrected King of Kings and Lord of Lords. So, for me, I abstain, you decide what to do with it.
Actually, American history teaches us that Easter was dismissed as a pagan holiday by the nation's founding Puritans and did not begin to be widely observed until just after the Civil War.

The most important act that Jesus was to do, that proved and proves He was the Messiah was to be dead, as Jonah was in the belly of the whale, 3 days and 3 nights and then to be raised from the dead after this time period. Matthew 12:39-40
Now how could we ever arrive that Jesus was crucified on "Good Friday and raised on Sunday morning for this would be only 2 nights and one day. The significance of Jesus doing exactly as He said cannot be washed away by the traditions of men, for without him doing exactly as He said, He would not be the Messiah, He stated this was the only proof sign He would give Israel that He was who He said He was. All attempts to explain away, His statement are false. Good Friday and Sunday as 'the day of Resurrection' are the inventions and traditions of men,.
This time period, of 3 days and 3 nights was to be factual and historical.
How did we ever get to where we are today?
Jesus knows exactly how long a day and a night is. In John 11:9-10 He said, is there not 12 hours in a day -but if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth. In Genesis 1:4,
Jesus declares, he divided the light from the darkness, and He called the light day and the darkness he called night. and the evening (darkness) and the morning (light) were the first day..., and the evening and the morning were the second day...and the evening and the morning were the third day" The Word of God conclusivley proves the time needed to fulfill the 3rd day. It should be conclusive to all, that it was impossible for Christ to have been crucified on Friday and raised Sunday.
It is merely traditions of men that created this time period of Friday to Sunday, which if it were true would disapprove Christ as the Messiah.
The time period Jesus gave was as important as the fact that He was to be raised from the dead, less He not be the Messiah, and the sign not be true to Israel.
In Mark 8:31, Jesus, "began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things ...and be killed, and AFTER 3 days rise again". And in Mark 9:31; "they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day". And in Matthew 27:63 "After 3 days I will rise again". And in John 2:19-21; "destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up". This day ended at sunset according to Bible reckoning - Lev. 23:32. Jesus cried out soon after the "ninth hour" or 3 o'clock in the afternoon on the preparation day - Matt. 27:46-50, Mark 15:34-37, Luke 23:44-46. Jesus was laid in the tomb just before this same day ended - just before sunset - Matt. 27:57-60. And John 19:42 adds, "There laid they Jesus Therefore because of the Jew's preparation day". The Jewish custom was all dead bodies had to be buried before the beginning of a new day, and, according to the Bible He was - just barely before sunset as the scriptures prove. This leads to an intriguing conclusion. Three full nights and three full days after that preparation day sunset, brings us to sunset. Which means the resurrection occurred at sunset not sunrise! If Jesus rose at any other time of day He could not have been 3 days and 3 nights in the grave and He would have failed to prove by the sign He gave, His Messiahship. The "preparation day" for the Sabbath is defined by John 19:14,31: "...for that Sabbath day was a high day...It was the preparation of the Passover". Any Jew can tell you what a "high day" is. There are seven each year - all called Sabbaths, and each year they fall on different days of the week. (Leviticus 16:31, 23:24, 26-32 and 39 refers to all these annual holy days as Sabbaths.) Matthew 26:2; "Ye know that after 2 days is the feast of the Passover and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified". All Bible texts say Jesus was crucified on the Passover. The Bible in Num.28:16-17, defines the Passover; "And in the 14th day of the first month [called Abib] is the Passover of Yahweh. And in the fifteenth day of the month is the Feast". The Hebrew calendar shows that in A.D. 31, the year Jesus was crucified, the 14th of ABIB which was the Passover, which is always the preparation day for the annual high day Sabbath, was on Wednesday, and the High Sabbath was on Thursday.
There were 2 Sabbaths that week - the annual high Sabbath, and the weekly Sabbath which was the day of the resurrection. (Saturday using standard weekly Roman traditions.)
Jesus rose from the dead as He said He would in John 2:19, 3 days and 3 nights later, at or near sunset on the 2nd Sabbath of that week - to bring light into darkness. It was Saturday night, not Sunday morning.
I Corinthians 15:3-4; "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that the Messiah died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures".
If we look at a calendar for that year, it is quite easy to figure out that the preparation day; the crucifixion day was on Wednesday, and that 3 days and 3 nights after that, was near sunset on Saturday. It is also significant that as Daniel's prophecy in 9:24-27 says, Jesus was to be cut off "in the midst of the week". This prophecy uses the day for a year symbolism so that the "70 weeks" became a literal 7 years, with the Messiah being "cut off in the midst", (after only 3 1/2 years of teaching) and also in the middle day of a literal week.
There is one more final proof in the Bible.
In Mark 16:1, Mary Magdalene and her companions did not buy their spices to anoint Jesus until after the Sabbath was past. They could not prepare them until after this, yet after preparing the spices they rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment (Luke 23:56). These scriptures seem to contradict themselves unless you accept the possible explanation: After the annual high Sabbath, which was Thursday, the women purchased and prepared the spices on Friday, and then they rested on Saturday - the weekly Sabbath.
This fact would make it Jesus was crucified on a Wednesday (14th of ABIB, A.D. 31) and was resurrected on a Saturday (17TH of ABIB, A.D. 31), placed in the tomb near sunset, and rose out of the tomb near sunset on Saturday.
"Good Friday" and Easter Sunday, then must be pagan myths; traditions of men, adopted by the early Roman Christian church and accepted as "okay" by almost all Christians today.
Centuries old documents exist that evidence the Wednesday crucifixion and Saturday resurrection. A document entitled the "Didascalia Apostolorum", dating from around the year 200 A.D., mentions the last Passover Supper of Jesus and His disciples was on a Tuesday evening.
