I am writing this right now both out of disgust and anger at those around me that so easily throw away everything our forefathers fought and died for, for the sake of what is poorly portrayed as security. Many individuals do not realize that their cry of Patriotism is as twisted as their concepts of Christianity.
The same people that claim to be Patriots, are the same people that say, Oh!, I don't mind if they take our rights away as long as I am protected from the big bad terrorist in the world.
Wake up, people, you have handed a centralized government the right to rule over you as Kings rather than elected officials that are supposed to be for the people and by the people. You have elected to have nothing more than Communism- Totalitarism in it's purest forms, and then dare call "us" who object "non-Patriots".
Get real, get some common sense and get an education in the history of this country and the reasons it came into existence anyway. Most people will not be able to quote to you even one Amendment of the Bill of Rights. These rights have been so eroded away that the average Joe in America thinks to allow anyone the right to erode these rights away and those that are for all these crazy laws they keep passing that imprison your freedoms, is somehow a Patriot and it makes them patriotic to go with the status quo..
Where is your mind? Your brain that God gave you to think with must be buried in the sand.
So, for the sake of recall, I am reprinting the Bill of Rights below in hope that some may re-examine their thinking that has been so perversely distorted by the Communist who have taken over in Washington, that they may see the truth and realize, "that what was, is no more".
The average American and especially those of both the Republican and Democratic parties have been blinded to the truth.
If anyone can show me, where these rights have not been subverted, twisted, and totally destroyed especially in the last 30 years, I would like to hear it or read about it. There is a place to comment at the end of everything I write, but as usual most do not, because they really don't know what to say, to truth. How do you answer, the statements so I often write about that are of the truth? Most can't answer because they don't really know or they are apathetic. That's how we got in the condition we are now, is because of the silence of those who knew the truth but feared to speak out about the many subjects I write about. Whether it be the condition of the organizational church, or fasle doctrines and practices of the church, or politics or foreign policy, most prefer to be apathetic, thus many people avoid reading even what I write about. It might blow a brain vessel if they tried to think for themselves once, instead of just acepting everything they are told to beleive. It's easier to be lazy and apathetic about truth then to make a stand for something.
I use to have a friend say, "if you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything". That is the state of the average American. They have fallen for anything.

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Note the highlighted areas- these are gone forever, because you have allowed lying polticians and money hungry greed mongers, war mongers and others to lie their way into your pocketbook and into your homes and into your privacy. For what- the same lies that every ruler since the beginning of time has done so- so that you might be safe from all these dangers is the same lies they all used to gain power over others in whatever kingdom in history.
Is it appropriate for us who live under the burden of income taxes and more taxes, and more oppression to send out others to die for the elitist agenda? I say not!
If you can't see what has happened to this country with the slow but definite takeover of Communist elitist, then you truly have been blinded by their rhetoric, and lies they tell. Wake up for God's sake before they are at your door.
We are to pray for peace, so that we can live in peace and propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Yet, thousands are fooled by false prophets, false teachers, and false Christ, to pray for war, and hatred, and power over others. Hagee, the preacher and his group being some of the worst liars and war mongers there are!
God forgive us, we are a lost nation and have become as Israel- idolaters and adulterers with the gods of paganism as the center of our worship. Sacrificing our children to the god Molech. We like the nation of Israel have so far twisted the rights of people and God into something that no man can recognize the difference between their religion and Christianity. We have become as fools.
We must ask what happened to this country, what happened to the Gospel of Peace?
Perhaps you have forgotten the words of Jesus, "those who live by the sword shall die by the sword". Our time is not far from us, when all the hatred we have dispelled toward all other nations for the sake of a lost Anti-Christ nation (the illegal nation of Israel) will soon bite us in our proverbial butts.
We are to fear God, not men.
We are to seek God and not land.
We are to love others, not ourselves.
Fear is the driving force to get you to hand over your God given rights to TRUE Freedom. Using fear of the sword or fear of a foreign sword, you have deliverd up to them who wish to rule over you, the power to do so, and so we are in the condition we find ourselves now, and in the worsening condition we will soon find ourselves in.
Repent now! See the truth and wake up to the truth. Let their be a nation of people, that cry out - "no more, we aren't listening to the lies anymore, restore to us, what our forefathers died for, and restore to us what our Lord gave us, the right to individual freedom, to worship, to speak, to publish, to pursue life, liberty and happiness with responsibility". Restore to us our rights to privacy, to be secure in our belongings, secure in our very life by a government that is for the people, and by the people and not for itself. A life lived in moral responsibility to the love of Christ who compels us to love all men.

The Bill of Rights - Where Did They Go?
We gave them up to those that would power over us and rule us, and take all that we and our families have worked for. We have handed them the things that the early leaders of this nation fought to release us from when England and King George ruled us. We turned around and spat in their faces and put in place a new King George and a oppressive rule.
God help America, the poor of this nation, the believer in the true and living Christ, the oppressed, and those that know and see the truth and wish to speak it. It's not too popular to say these things anymore, matter of fact to stand for the Bill of Rights and Freedom - has somehow become UNPATRIOTIC??

The twisting of the real meaning of words. What you call freedom, our forefathers would call oppression, what you call Christianity, the Apostles would call Heresy. There is always time for repentance and change.

It perished because of the lack of knowledge!

Some of you may remember him but he passed away before many of you were born. Red Skelton was a good & funny man. He also ended every show by saying, 'GOOD NIGHT AND GOD BLESS'. Listen to the end of this. It is something he said 38 years ago.

It's too bad, that most of what is said in the pledge is no longer true in this country, why fake it, or pretend, what is explained here use to be true for us but no longer is, it has become just the opposite, not because of Democrats alone, not because of Republicans alone, but the fact that most Americans don't even recall what this great country once stood for. A government run by the people, blessed by God only because they practiced, liberty and justice FOR ALL!. We have forgotten, what true liberty is, we have given in to the elitist, the globalist, the aggressors world wide, and have become everything we said we hated about other countries who oppress the poor, who kill and maim others, who torture people, who lie, who practice deception to gain only what resources that aren't theirs, that there is no unity, because there are a few like myself, who remember those words as a child and understood them, and I have battled since, to wake up Americans, who have become blinded by rhetoric and deception by the media, by their leaders and most of all their hate.
We can not say "Under God" anymore, because truth be told- we are not under God, but under those who think of themselves as gods.
The truth be told, Jesus never cried war or bloodshed but was the Prince of Peace. So let us not argue about the words "under God" until we as a nation once again, lay down our hatreds, our arms and our lies, to return to Jesus who said, Love thy enemies, do good to those who spitefully use you" who hate you.
We cannot pledge to a flag, less we undertand the principles our forefathers fought for, privacy, liberty, individual rights, we need a review of the Bill of Rights. These words that have been so skillfully swept away by the elitist of Washington, the leaders who care nothing about this country but only about their on going greed and enrichment. Let us review what a real pledge is, to stand behind something whole heartedly, without wavering. Here is the Bill of Rights, just in case you have forgotten, as our leaders pretend to offer you security in exchange for LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL. You have become unworthy of the liberties our forefathers fought for, as you would give all your liberties away for a sense of false security.
Ask yourself do these really apply anymore? Do you really believe in these words?Perhaps the politicians so twisted your minds that you would exchange your liberties for security. Hitler, Stalin and all the dictators of all times, told these very same lies, that are now coming out of Washington.
In light of these things, I can no longer pledge allegiance to a nation gone mad and that has left God lying in the dust somewhere. Perhaps it would pay for many Americans to dust off their Bibles, they rarely read, to read, Matthew 6 and 7, and then to read the Bill of Rights, as fought for by one of the great leaders of early America, Patrick Henry, who fought for 5 years to add these words to our Constitution, that we might be truly great, a man that it cost him his life, and those of his loved ones, a man who understood what the pledge of allegiance was suppose to mean. A man who understood the God given right to be left alone by the State yet governed by highter moral principles of truth, liberty and justice for all.
We have forgotten, so the flag no longer represents what once was great about this country. To say the pledge, and to live and breathe words toward others that are no longer true- is hypocrisy to its fullest.
Help restore America,this fourth of July, help it return to truth, quit listening to those that suppose themselves to be gods, who would enjoy nothing more than you to be enslaved to them, oppressed to work for them, to enrich them, without the slightest regard for our country, our flag and most of all our freedom.
Go ahead, I dare you to read below, and show me an example where these have not been taken from us, for the sake of security. Perhaps these words might ring a bell in someone's mind, what freedom is all about. Please then read on to read the Bill of Rights.

I having been wishing to write about this subject for sometime. Today's news made it a lot easier, as now I have a reason to do so. It appears the U.S. Government has done just what it promised it wouldn't do with the enactment of the Patriot Act.
So named to make all those that would have voted against it feel un-patriotic. I just thank God that there are a few legislators like Senator Ron Paul, who took a lone stand against the act and it's passing in the beginning, he recognized it for what it really was - the Un-Patriot Act. Most Americans fell to the lie that this Act was to protect them from the big-bad terrorist out there, just waiting to kill them and their families. This is the way all totalitarian regimes have come into existence, is to be first fear mongers, create an atmosphere of fear, then use this to get people to give up their liberties under the pretention that they will be protected. For most Americans, they don't have a clue about history or world history or for that part American history. This is to their shame,for liberty is always protected by those that understand it the most, and understand that history repeats itself. Our forefathers and many others understood this, and without this understanding this country would have never come into existence. I would like to provide here a few quotes of some of the greats. Perhaps their words might ring a bell in someone's mind, what freedom is all about.

Let's take the first quote, Ben Franklin understood, the police state, he lived under it when the British ruled this country. He understood, that the quickest way, to take over someone's freedom is to make a promise of security. Here, he expresses his love of Freedom over Security. What most people don't understand is that under British rule the government was provided unlimited search and seizure capabilities through what then was known as the "general warrant". This warrant allowed the police of the day- the British soldier to search anyone's home, and seize any evidence it deemed it wanted to, without probable cause or reason. The soldier could enter your home, determine where and when he wanted to search and take whatever he deemed he could use against you in a trial for sedition or being a traitor to British rule. So once the Consitution was passed, people like Patrick Henry who said "give me liberty or give me death, spent the next five years getting the Bill of Rights passed and added to the Constitution. He and his famiy died as a result of their charge for liberty. See, the Constitution alone would not gurantee, that a centralized government wouldn't destroy the very things upon which human life is dependent on to thrive and that is YOUR bill of rights.
Hitler, burnt the Rieschtag, claiming it was Russian terrorist who did it, the next day he passed the Emergency Powers Act (reads like the Patriot Act) and was made supreme ruler over Germany as a result. Do you see how history repeats itself?
Men will always grasp at power and absolute power, and as everyone knows absolute power, absolutely corrupts!
Thus, as in the above quote by William Abbey, "we must always be ready to defend our country against our government". He understood that all governemnt when given free rein will rule with an iron fist, not with the consensus of the people.
We have allowed the Bush regime to take away our last few remaining rights. It all started with the former Justice of the Supreme Court, William H. Rehnquist. Rehnquist was responsible for the majority vote that provided 11 exceptions to the law on search and seizure. Now, we find that he may have been stoned on drugs when he voted this way. Yet, Americans sat silently allowing year after year, Presidents to enact Executive Orders and Justices like Rehnquist, slowly but surely erode away the Bill of Rights, that protect us from tyrants. Now, we have a President, who to quote, made this very quote - "it would be easier if it was a dictatorship and I was the dictator" - George W. Bush- our President. Now, you can wash off these statements as baloney, but this is an actual recorded statement made by him. This only predisposes all that he has done since 911, to over rule the Congress- who only can declare war, and many other Executive Orders and Acts like the Un-Patriot Act to declare himself as dictator.

At issue are the security letters, a power outlined in the Patriot Act that the Bush administration pushed through Congress after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. The letters, or administrative subpoenas, are used in suspected terrorism and espionage cases. They allow the FBI to require telephone companies, Internet service providers, banks, credit bureaus and other businesses to produce highly personal records about their customers or subscribers _ without a judge's approval.
About three-fourths of the national security letters were issued for counterterror cases, and the other fourth for spy investigations.
Fine's annual review is required by Congress, over the objections of the Bush administration.
The audit released Friday found that the number of national security letters issued by the FBI skyrocketed in the years after the Patriot Act became law.
In 2000, for example, the FBI issued an estimated 8,500 letters. By 2003, however, that number jumped to 39,000. It rose again the next year, to about 56,000 letters in 2004, and dropped to approximately 47,000 in 2005.
Over the entire three-year period, the FBI reported issuing 143,074 national security letters requesting customer data from businesses, the audit found. But that did not include an additional 8,850 requests that were never recorded in the FBI 's database, the audit found.
Also, Fine's audit noted, a 2006 report to Congress showing that the FBI delivered only 9,254 national security letters during the previous year _ on 3,501 U.S. citizens and legal residents _ was only required to report certain types of requests for information. That report did not outline the full scope of the national security letter requests in 2005, nor was it required to, Fine's office said.
Additionally, the audit found, the FBI identified 26 possible violations in its use of the national security letters, including failing to get proper authorization, making improper requests under the law and unauthorized collection of telephone or Internet e-mail records.
The Patriot Act gave the government free run to access information on any American they deemed they wanted to investigate. A repeat of the British rule - "General Warrant".
