I am writing this right now both out of disgust and anger at those around me that so easily throw away everything our forefathers fought and died for, for the sake of what is poorly portrayed as security. Many individuals do not realize that their cry of Patriotism is as twisted as their concepts of Christianity.
The same people that claim to be Patriots, are the same people that say, Oh!, I don't mind if they take our rights away as long as I am protected from the big bad terrorist in the world.
Wake up, people, you have handed a centralized government the right to rule over you as Kings rather than elected officials that are supposed to be for the people and by the people. You have elected to have nothing more than Communism- Totalitarism in it's purest forms, and then dare call "us" who object "non-Patriots".
Get real, get some common sense and get an education in the history of this country and the reasons it came into existence anyway. Most people will not be able to quote to you even one Amendment of the Bill of Rights. These rights have been so eroded away that the average Joe in America thinks to allow anyone the right to erode these rights away and those that are for all these crazy laws they keep passing that imprison your freedoms, is somehow a Patriot and it makes them patriotic to go with the status quo..
Where is your mind? Your brain that God gave you to think with must be buried in the sand.
So, for the sake of recall, I am reprinting the Bill of Rights below in hope that some may re-examine their thinking that has been so perversely distorted by the Communist who have taken over in Washington, that they may see the truth and realize, "that what was, is no more".
The average American and especially those of both the Republican and Democratic parties have been blinded to the truth.
If anyone can show me, where these rights have not been subverted, twisted, and totally destroyed especially in the last 30 years, I would like to hear it or read about it. There is a place to comment at the end of everything I write, but as usual most do not, because they really don't know what to say, to truth. How do you answer, the statements so I often write about that are of the truth? Most can't answer because they don't really know or they are apathetic. That's how we got in the condition we are now, is because of the silence of those who knew the truth but feared to speak out about the many subjects I write about. Whether it be the condition of the organizational church, or fasle doctrines and practices of the church, or politics or foreign policy, most prefer to be apathetic, thus many people avoid reading even what I write about. It might blow a brain vessel if they tried to think for themselves once, instead of just acepting everything they are told to beleive. It's easier to be lazy and apathetic about truth then to make a stand for something.
I use to have a friend say, "if you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything". That is the state of the average American. They have fallen for anything.

Is it appropriate for us who live under the burden of income taxes and more taxes, and more oppression to send out others to die for the elitist agenda? I say not!

We are to pray for peace, so that we can live in peace and propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Yet, thousands are fooled by false prophets, false teachers, and false Christ, to pray for war, and hatred, and power over others. Hagee, the preacher and his group being some of the worst liars and war mongers there are!
God forgive us, we are a lost nation and have become as Israel- idolaters and adulterers with the gods of paganism as the center of our worship. Sacrificing our children to the god Molech. We like the nation of Israel have so far twisted the rights of people and God into something that no man can recognize the difference between their religion and Christianity. We have become as fools.
We must ask what happened to this country, what happened to the Gospel of Peace?
Perhaps you have forgotten the words of Jesus, "those who live by the sword shall die by the sword". Our time is not far from us, when all the hatred we have dispelled toward all other nations for the sake of a lost Anti-Christ nation (the illegal nation of Israel) will soon bite us in our proverbial butts.
We are to fear God, not men.
We are to seek God and not land.
We are to love others, not ourselves.
Fear is the driving force to get you to hand over your God given rights to TRUE Freedom. Using fear of the sword or fear of a foreign sword, you have deliverd up to them who wish to rule over you, the power to do so, and so we are in the condition we find ourselves now, and in the worsening condition we will soon find ourselves in.
Repent now! See the truth and wake up to the truth. Let their be a nation of people, that cry out - "no more, we aren't listening to the lies anymore, restore to us, what our forefathers died for, and restore to us what our Lord gave us, the right to individual freedom, to worship, to speak, to publish, to pursue life, liberty and happiness with responsibility". Restore to us our rights to privacy, to be secure in our belongings, secure in our very life by a government that is for the people, and by the people and not for itself. A life lived in moral responsibility to the love of Christ who compels us to love all men.

The Bill of Rights - Where Did They Go?
We gave them up to those that would power over us and rule us, and take all that we and our families have worked for. We have handed them the things that the early leaders of this nation fought to release us from when England and King George ruled us. We turned around and spat in their faces and put in place a new King George and a oppressive rule.
God help America, the poor of this nation, the believer in the true and living Christ, the oppressed, and those that know and see the truth and wish to speak it. It's not too popular to say these things anymore, matter of fact to stand for the Bill of Rights and Freedom - has somehow become UNPATRIOTIC??
We call black - white, right- wrong, and oppression- freedom.

Chinese Sell Political Prisoners Organs
China is at the center of the Pacific routes to organ transplantation because it has adopted the tactic of harvesting the organs of executed prisoners. In 1984, immediately after cyclo-sporine became available, the government issued a document entitled "Rules Concerning the Utilization of Corpses or Organs from the Corpses of Executed Prisoners." Kept confidential, the new law provided that organs from executed prisoners could be used for transplants if the prisoner agreed, if the family agreed, or if no one came to claim the body. (Robin Munro of Human Rights Watch/Asia brought the law to light.)
This should bring no surprise to anyone that understands that body parts have become a commodity, well traded on in the underground markets as well. Many wealthy Americans go to places like China now to find their needed kidney, heart or whatever organ is needed.
This practice which sad to say, many Americans would approve is an even wider open door to Totalitarism, as it empowers the rich, the elitist, the powerful to power over anyone with death to obtain a nice return on their simple investment of a bullet to the brain.
I have even heard Americans approving of the use, of prisoners being used as "cheap labor" here in America. They approve of it, they think it is wonderful. It all sounds good until you are the one selected to be part of that labor force or in the case of organ transplants when it is your organs chosen to be taken from you by force to be given to a rich elitist.
What people with such simple brains, and stupidity forget, it could be them, and in a totalitarian government it is likely to become them.
I stand in awe of the stupidity that has fallen onto the American mind anymore. Every thing that we once considered sacred to freedom, we give over to those that have power over us, and deliver to them even more power. The whole idea of surveillance on Americans for instance, so driven by fear mongers in Washington, make the people believe they will be safer if they just give up the Constitution and the Bill or Rights over to others that will protect us. My goodness, what has happened to these people has television been such a great brainwashing technique that it was always rumored to be. Republicans most often are the one's who will approve of all this stupidity, but will they, if Hillary Clinton was to become President tommorow. I doubt it, but what people fail to understand is that once you deliver over one of your rights to those in power, they will never be rescinded and given back to you - regardless of who is in office!
The prolongment of Bush's war against Terrorism, is just another means to say, "the priviledges you have delivered over to me, to spy on you, are going to be around for a long time."
China practices and Russia practices the very same elimnation of rights- saying "the State will protect you."
Communism is here already, I sincerely doubt that there is much left of our Republic. Remember it was designed and set up as a Republic and not a Democracy.
There is a big difference.
What becomes of a nation who once looked upon the torture of others, as horrible. We decried Hitler's practices, we decried saying Saddam was a cruel dictator, but what of us, when we look just like them, act just like them, and then approve of their very same practices, doesn't that make us what they are? Where is the difference?
I pray everyday for Americans to gain some common sense once again. I pray they will understand that no one powering over you, can provide security, the very idea, means that when you hand over those principles our forefathers fought so hard to provide for us they are gone and gone for good. Giving these to those who power over you, do you honestly believe that a man, any one man can be trusted with such power as to spy on you, won't also rule over you.
The Chinese have taken incarceration one more step toward profitability, with the selling of political and criminal ( hard line to distinguish in totalitarian governments) body organs on the market and being sold exclusively to those with the bucks!
God forbid, at the rate of degeneration of the thought processes of Americans we will soon find ourselves, saying well "what's wrong with that"?
I can hear all those fundalmentalist, right wing, conservative, church going, Pro-Israel, Christian Nationalist right now, saying just that.
I have already heard them approving of American corporations obtaining the priviledge of using people that are in American prisons, as cheap labor for the benefit of them making a profit.
Our world is sick, and I am sad to say, people that think this way regardless of what they want to call themselves, they are sick.
So what, if the prisoner might be paid $2.50 per day. The slippery slope has already arrived, what is to keep the rich someday from deciding that YOU- are needed to improve their profits.
What will happen when the rich upperclass begin to come up with more crazy laws, just to have you incarcerated or even killed so that they can maintain their margins of profitability.
Think -
For God's sake of the ramifications of such stupidity and thoughtless agreement with these practices.
What if something you said, or something you discussed with others, didnt fit the accepted majorities or especially your centralized powers of governments ideals, and you were spied on and recorded, or accused of being a traitor or whatever the central power decides is politically incorrect or Bush incorrect or for you Republicans- Hillary incorrect, if she were to become President.
What if you find the giving up your rights was contributory to your demise, or your incarceration, so that others could profit from it.
The new globalization and reduction of American civil liberties is moving us closer and closer to that day, when you as a Christian will be dragged to the streets and shot in the head, and your body sold off for it's parts. Will you then, say see, I was safe because I gave up my power as an American to let someone else have power over me for the sake of security.
Don't you understand, that freedom of speech, freedom of the right to privacy, freedom to guard yourself against those who would power over you, comes in maintaining, search warrants oversight by the people. Especially in a government where it is supposed to be, by the people, and for the people.
When you eliminate these rights you have just become a Communist.
I will make it clear, the communist, have swept over our nation and convinced the very one's who not so many years ago, wanted us to fight in Viet Nam because of the Domino theory are the very one's that now believe and act like Communist. They have taken the great concepts of the Balance of Powers and the Constitutional - Checks and Balances, and have handed them over to The Executive Branch and said whatever Mr. Bush says he needs to protect us, we'll give him.
Your idolization of one men rule will ruin this country and has done so already.
I am sorry but I personally think the Red Flag is already flying over America, and if it really is, we are at fault, we were not vigilant to protect those rights to which our forefathers spilled their blood to give us, and to protect this Republic.
I pray that every American would go back and open their "old " history books and learn something.
Our contribution to the Chinese economy, our turning our backs on Christian brothers and sisters over there suffering torture, death and imprisonment, our disregard for human rights, our war mongering spirit, our hatred and our lust for the blood of others, our love of things, has overwhelmed any God given common sense in this country and now we are paying the consequences for our lack of understanding.

It's too bad, that most of what is said in the pledge is no longer true in this country, why fake it, or pretend, what is explained here use to be true for us but no longer is, it has become just the opposite, not because of Democrats alone, not because of Republicans alone, but the fact that most Americans don't even recall what this great country once stood for. A government run by the people, blessed by God only because they practiced, liberty and justice FOR ALL!. We have forgotten, what true liberty is, we have given in to the elitist, the globalist, the aggressors world wide, and have become everything we said we hated about other countries who oppress the poor, who kill and maim others, who torture people, who lie, who practice deception to gain only what resources that aren't theirs, that there is no unity, because there are a few like myself, who remember those words as a child and understood them, and I have battled since, to wake up Americans, who have become blinded by rhetoric and deception by the media, by their leaders and most of all their hate.
We can not say "Under God" anymore, because truth be told- we are not under God, but under those who think of themselves as gods.
The truth be told, Jesus never cried war or bloodshed but was the Prince of Peace. So let us not argue about the words "under God" until we as a nation once again, lay down our hatreds, our arms and our lies, to return to Jesus who said, Love thy enemies, do good to those who spitefully use you" who hate you.
We cannot pledge to a flag, less we undertand the principles our forefathers fought for, privacy, liberty, individual rights, we need a review of the Bill of Rights. These words that have been so skillfully swept away by the elitist of Washington, the leaders who care nothing about this country but only about their on going greed and enrichment. Let us review what a real pledge is, to stand behind something whole heartedly, without wavering. Here is the Bill of Rights, just in case you have forgotten, as our leaders pretend to offer you security in exchange for LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL. You have become unworthy of the liberties our forefathers fought for, as you would give all your liberties away for a sense of false security.
Ask yourself do these really apply anymore? Do you really believe in these words?Perhaps the politicians so twisted your minds that you would exchange your liberties for security. Hitler, Stalin and all the dictators of all times, told these very same lies, that are now coming out of Washington.
In light of these things, I can no longer pledge allegiance to a nation gone mad and that has left God lying in the dust somewhere. Perhaps it would pay for many Americans to dust off their Bibles, they rarely read, to read, Matthew 6 and 7, and then to read the Bill of Rights, as fought for by one of the great leaders of early America, Patrick Henry, who fought for 5 years to add these words to our Constitution, that we might be truly great, a man that it cost him his life, and those of his loved ones, a man who understood what the pledge of allegiance was suppose to mean. A man who understood the God given right to be left alone by the State yet governed by highter moral principles of truth, liberty and justice for all.
We have forgotten, so the flag no longer represents what once was great about this country. To say the pledge, and to live and breathe words toward others that are no longer true- is hypocrisy to its fullest.
Help restore America,this fourth of July, help it return to truth, quit listening to those that suppose themselves to be gods, who would enjoy nothing more than you to be enslaved to them, oppressed to work for them, to enrich them, without the slightest regard for our country, our flag and most of all our freedom.

China Aggression - They Are Killing Americans!
I have expressed my dissatisfaction with our Washington leaders in their approach to China once before, and I am glad to find that there are a few like me, that know and see as well, how subtle the Chinese communist government is. I have ranted about Walmart and other American Corporations and our governments buddy, buddy with these killers for sometime. I have yelled about how they persecute Christians and this of all things should have made the American Christian scream the loudest when brothers and sisters in Christ are imprisoned and tortured for their faith. That doesnt seem to get anyone's attention in the "churches" of America. I know one thing that will and that is when "our" way of living is threatened by any other nation and perhaps since we don't seem to take action and voice our opinions to Washington about their persecution of Christians we might stand up and speak out against present policy with China for sake of saving our materialistic selves over their threat to our country. China is supplying the Taliban with advanced weapons. Chinese officials have stated that they are ignorant of such weapons sales, but U.S. officials are aware of the direct transfers. The Washington Times reported that Chinese made HN-5 surface-to-air missiles were being supplied to Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.
According to the Washington Times, U.S. defense officials are upset that Chinese weapons are being used to kill Americans.
"Americans are being killed by Chinese-supplied weapons, with the full knowledge and understanding of Beijing where these weapons are going," noted one official.
Iran has made purchases of Chinese weapons, asking Beijing to remove markings and serial numbers in order to avoid being traced back to their point of manufacture. China, in turn, has also supplied weapons directly to the Taliban.
The Bush administration has downplayed the arms sales by China while accusing Iran of passing weapons to the Taliban. The Bush administration is afraid that a backlash against Beijing would result if it were revealed that Beijing is participating in the killing of U.S. and allied soldiers.
China is also directly linked to the sale of advanced surface-to-air missiles to terrorists inside America. Two men were indicted in Los Angeles on charges of attempting to illegally import Chinese-made missiles into the United States. Chao Tung Wu, 51, of La Puente, Calif., and Yi Qing Chen, 41, of Rosemead, Calif., were charged with conspiracy to import Chinese-made surface-to-air missiles (SAMs).
Law enforcement officials said Wu and Chen were caught in a sting developed out of the large-scale federal investigation in Los Angeles known as Smoking Dragon. Wu and Chen charged with conspiracy to import Chinese-made "Qianwei-2" anti-aircraft missiles and launchers.
The conspiracy involved a deal between an undercover U.S. federal agent and Wu and Chen, along with officials at the Xinshidai Corporation, a Chinese state-owned weapons maker, and an un-named Chinese general. The U.S. undercover agent told his Chinese contacts that the missiles were intended to shoot down American airliners inside the United States.
The missile deal used a third country to mask the weapons delivery by Xinshidai. The missiles were then to be shipped to the United States in containers identified as civilian machine parts. One alleged payment was determined to be a $2 million bribe to a foreign official to allow his unidentified country to trans-ship the missiles.
The Chinese government has done nothing to prosecute anyone involved in the scheme to shoot down civilian airliners, despite the direct involvement of a Chinese General. Again, the communists have decided at the highest levels to approve the sale of advanced arms to terrorists inside America.
Why has the U.S. government not reacted to the terror threat from China? The current Bush policy toward China is called "engagement" and it has been in place for the past 20 years. It ignores the Chinese Army and communist rule. The idea behind engagement is that by promoting free trade and economic growth China will move by itself toward a democratic government, peaceful co-existence and social freedoms.
Many who oppose engagement call it appeasement. It has not made China any freer or any nicer. It has created a small middle class that is dedicated to the CCP line because freedom would mean all those poor people voting in representatives that may not spend on weapons, space or giant gala Olympic parties.
The sale of weapons to the Taliban by Beijing is an overt act of war and the decision to do so was made at the highest levels in the ruling communist party. Appeasement will not stop China from killing Americans.
The correct policy for China is "containment". Containment was a policy put in place around the USSR. It went up after WWII with the Truman administration. Restrictions were placed on trade, travel and information. Containment ended when the USSR was no more.
There is also an illogical approach to dealing with the rise of the PRC in military and economic terms. The current policy toward North Korea is a good example of how containment - the lack of trade - can weaken a military to the point of being useless.
Of course, this can lead to a radical government, which can be a loose cannon with cheaper nuclear warheads. The containment must also be balanced with humanitarian goals of seeing that people don't starve to death. The grip of a totalitarian regime will always sacrifice the masses for the good of the leadership. When the grip fails - the leadership dies or flees.
Engagement merely extends the life of a totalitarian state. It does not end the cruelty, make it any nicer in terms of nationalistic aggression or for the economic plight of the masses. This extension also lengthens the time under which the people must suffer, living in a chained society. China is a very good example where, despite the vast income, little if anything has flowed to the massive impoverished population.
It has created a very narrow middle class that would rather the masses not have freedoms. They are living off the blood, and sweat of slave labor to buy their SUVs, stereos and TVs. They certainly do not want that to change.
The illogic of engagement with China is an extreme case of stupid. For example, the World Bank still classifies China as a developing nation so it provides billions of dollars in low cost or free loans. Primarily the U.S finances these loans. This, of course, flies in the face of economic reality. China currently runs the largest export deficit in history mainly due to its predatory currency policy of maintaining a low priced Yuan. China also spends billions on advanced military hardware and is engaged in an expensive space program.
Until recently, Canada was providing billions in loans to the Chinese government based on the premise that it was still an underdeveloped nation. The Canadians changed that because of the obvious current economic power in Beijing.
This brings the question of why should we be financing Chinese economic development when they certainly can afford to do it themselves? The answer comes in the form of corporate interests who seek these U.S. government backed loans to provide financing of their business activities in China.
In reality - We are financing the growth of the Chinese military. The idea of funding nuclear tipped missiles pointed at America is not a pleasant notion. I would prefer to not do it at all.
In the end, engagement is appeasement. It costs money, lives, and freedom. It has not helped but instead - hurt development and in the long run - hurt the chances of peace.
The only sensible solution is to adopt a unified containment policy. This means that India, the US, Japan, Australia, Taiwan, Korea and the Philippines are going to have to band together and agree on joint policy, political - military - economic action toward Beijing.
It won't be an easy road because the PLA has many backers even here in the US. The US needs to dump the "engagement" policy that has failed over the past 20 years. Its time for the US to recognize that engagement does not lead to peace or freedom when you are dealing with a totalitarian state.
The greedy territory hungry PLA warlords will face a common front - whether it is the illegal occupation of the Indian territory Arunachal Pradesh, selling nuclear weapons to tin-pot dictators, selling weapons to terrorists or threats to invade Taiwan. They will have to face the lost income - forcing changes at both a social level and in a political military re-alignment of priorities. The pressure from all directions will force China to implode rather than explode.
We can make China change - but it has to be a "we" operation for it to succeed.

The Washington Times reported that Chinese made HN-5 surface-to-air missiles were being supplied to Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.
According to the Washington Times, U.S. defense officials are upset that Chinese weapons are being used to kill Americans.
"Americans are being killed by Chinese-supplied weapons, with the full knowledge and understanding of Beijing where these weapons are going," noted one official.
Iran has made purchases of Chinese weapons, asking Beijing to remove markings and serial numbers in order to avoid being traced back to their point of manufacture. China, in turn, has also supplied weapons directly to the Taliban.
The Bush administration has downplayed the arms sales by China while accusing Iran of passing weapons to the Taliban. The Bush administration is afraid that a backlash against Beijing would result if it were revealed that Beijing is participating in the killing of U.S. and allied soldiers.
China is also directly linked to the sale of advanced surface-to-air missiles to terrorists inside America. Two men were indicted in Los Angeles on charges of attempting to illegally import Chinese-made missiles into the United States. Chao Tung Wu, 51, of La Puente, Calif., and Yi Qing Chen, 41, of Rosemead, Calif., were charged with conspiracy to import Chinese-made surface-to-air missiles (SAMs).
Law enforcement officials said Wu and Chen were caught in a sting developed out of the large-scale federal investigation in Los Angeles known as Smoking Dragon. Wu and Chen charged with conspiracy to import Chinese-made "Qianwei-2" anti-aircraft missiles and launchers.
The conspiracy involved a deal between an undercover U.S. federal agent and Wu and Chen, along with officials at the Xinshidai Corporation, a Chinese state-owned weapons maker, and an un-named Chinese general. The U.S. undercover agent told his Chinese contacts that the missiles were intended to shoot down American airliners inside the United States.
The missile deal used a third country to mask the weapons delivery by Xinshidai. The missiles were then to be shipped to the United States in containers identified as civilian machine parts. One alleged payment was determined to be a $2 million bribe to a foreign official to allow his unidentified country to trans-ship the missiles.
The Chinese government has done nothing to prosecute anyone involved in the scheme to shoot down civilian airliners, despite the direct involvement of a Chinese General. Again, the communists have decided at the highest levels to approve the sale of advanced arms to terrorists inside America.
Why has the U.S. government not reacted to the terror threat from China? The current Bush policy toward China is called "engagement" and it has been in place for the past 20 years. It ignores the Chinese Army and communist rule. The idea behind engagement is that by promoting free trade and economic growth China will move by itself toward a democratic government, peaceful co-existence and social freedoms.
Many who oppose engagement call it appeasement. It has not made China any freer or any nicer. It has created a small middle class that is dedicated to the CCP line because freedom would mean all those poor people voting in representatives that may not spend on weapons, space or giant gala Olympic parties.
The sale of weapons to the Taliban by Beijing is an overt act of war and the decision to do so was made at the highest levels in the ruling communist party. Appeasement will not stop China from killing Americans.
The correct policy for China is "containment". Containment was a policy put in place around the USSR. It went up after WWII with the Truman administration. Restrictions were placed on trade, travel and information. Containment ended when the USSR was no more.
There is also an illogical approach to dealing with the rise of the PRC in military and economic terms. The current policy toward North Korea is a good example of how containment - the lack of trade - can weaken a military to the point of being useless.
Of course, this can lead to a radical government, which can be a loose cannon with cheaper nuclear warheads. The containment must also be balanced with humanitarian goals of seeing that people don't starve to death. The grip of a totalitarian regime will always sacrifice the masses for the good of the leadership. When the grip fails - the leadership dies or flees.
Engagement merely extends the life of a totalitarian state. It does not end the cruelty, make it any nicer in terms of nationalistic aggression or for the economic plight of the masses. This extension also lengthens the time under which the people must suffer, living in a chained society. China is a very good example where, despite the vast income, little if anything has flowed to the massive impoverished population.
It has created a very narrow middle class that would rather the masses not have freedoms. They are living off the blood, and sweat of slave labor to buy their SUVs, stereos and TVs. They certainly do not want that to change.
The illogic of engagement with China is an extreme case of stupid. For example, the World Bank still classifies China as a developing nation so it provides billions of dollars in low cost or free loans. Primarily the U.S finances these loans. This, of course, flies in the face of economic reality. China currently runs the largest export deficit in history mainly due to its predatory currency policy of maintaining a low priced Yuan. China also spends billions on advanced military hardware and is engaged in an expensive space program.
Until recently, Canada was providing billions in loans to the Chinese government based on the premise that it was still an underdeveloped nation. The Canadians changed that because of the obvious current economic power in Beijing.
This brings the question of why should we be financing Chinese economic development when they certainly can afford to do it themselves? The answer comes in the form of corporate interests who seek these U.S. government backed loans to provide financing of their business activities in China.
In reality - We are financing the growth of the Chinese military. The idea of funding nuclear tipped missiles pointed at America is not a pleasant notion. I would prefer to not do it at all.
In the end, engagement is appeasement. It costs money, lives, and freedom. It has not helped but instead - hurt development and in the long run - hurt the chances of peace.
The only sensible solution is to adopt a unified containment policy. This means that India, the US, Japan, Australia, Taiwan, Korea and the Philippines are going to have to band together and agree on joint policy, political - military - economic action toward Beijing.
It won't be an easy road because the PLA has many backers even here in the US. The US needs to dump the "engagement" policy that has failed over the past 20 years. Its time for the US to recognize that engagement does not lead to peace or freedom when you are dealing with a totalitarian state.
The greedy territory hungry PLA warlords will face a common front - whether it is the illegal occupation of the Indian territory Arunachal Pradesh, selling nuclear weapons to tin-pot dictators, selling weapons to terrorists or threats to invade Taiwan. They will have to face the lost income - forcing changes at both a social level and in a political military re-alignment of priorities. The pressure from all directions will force China to implode rather than explode.
We can make China change - but it has to be a "we" operation for it to succeed.

The American Myth of Manifest Destiny
One of the most hotly contested issues in the 1840's through the 1850's was American territorial expansionism. To most it seemed that it was inevitable that America would expand into the West beyond the Mississipi. It would be inevitable that we would have to displace the residents of that land from Mexico, England and the American Indian tribes. In 1845 John O'Sullivan, editor of the influential "Democratic Review", coined the phrase, "Manifest Destiny". Along with this highly regarded concept came the idea that America's destiny was meant by God to be. The idea of America stretching from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Of course, we should all know by now, how this Manifest Destiny, resulted in death, wars and more over time, to the setting aside of the Indians to reservations but not before many died at the hands of those who so strongly believed it was their manifest destiny to have all the land.
This fierce, individualistic, political idea has continued even today, and because of Darby and his teachings on Dispensationalism and the American public falling in love with the books like LaHay's fictional books the "Left Behind Series, and previous books that swept over the organizational church attendees, "The Late Great Planet Earth, a new mindset has developed which is neither orthodox in scripture or consist of proper Biblical exegesis. This new mindset has created what is known as Christian Zionism and has now transposed into a new Manifast Destiny, that the politicians call the "American hegonomy", and as a Christian I can no better define it as "Christian Nationalism". The idea is the same but it is in my opinion, nothing but pure unadulterated idolatry. I call it Christian Nationalism but there really is nothing Christian about it. In it's purest form, it will result in fascism, totalitarianism, a Police State full of fleshly pride with disregard for all human life as it stands in the way of it's goals and purposes. The goal, to create, what the fundamentalist, the Bush regime of politics, the Israeli influence of dictating American foreign policy call "Democracy" worldwide is actually misnomer for dictatorship. The new Rome has risen it's head out of the sea of history and now proclaims itself God. The American has come to believe that he is somehow to rule the world, and that God means this for us, as assuredly as the Dispensationalist teach Israel is to have their promised land. We believe and listened to a lie to come to believe that we like Israel were a persecuted people, and the American revolution, was won, because we were God's special people and he brought us into this promised land. It is an easy transition to make mentally when one has fleshly pride, and a lust for power. We will justify like Israel, all our sins against all other humanity, for the sake of proving this is so, worldwide. In Iraq alone since 2005 there has been over 35,000 men, women and children that have died as a result of our occupancy there that has created a civil war within the boundaries of this country. Yet, we went there, proclaiming and announcing the horrible practices of Saddam and his killing. We alone have suffered the deaths of over 3,000 men and women of the United States serving in the military. Just as we have slaughtered and justified to kill during the "Christian Crusades" and we slaughtered and killed thousands of American Indians, we will continue to press forward until all the world is America or a clone of ourselves. We desire to make an image of us, the American worldwide, rather than see the image of God restored to the world through the proclamation of the true Gospel of peace and love. This is George Bush's plan and the thought and belief of most of the fundamentalist preachers like Hagee and Robertson and TBN.
They are seriously leading this country toward not the Kingdom of God, but the kingdom of hell on earth! Their doctrine will only feed the Israeli hate for all those but their race, and feed the hatred and warmongering of American foreign policy.

"In the eyes of dispensationalists the pivotal event of the 20th century was the founding of the State of Israel in 1947 which was "proof positive" that Darby got it right. This was given more credence by the Zionist state's swift and decisive victory in the 1967 six day war. "Clearly God's hand was in this", trumpeted the dispensationalists. The ancient promises God made to Israel were coming true in front of their eyes - a literal fulfillment of Old Testament prophesy.
This was the position of the dispensationalists. But they were not necessarily the dominant voice of the mainstream evangelical church at this point. That didn't happen until the two myths began to merge-the dispensationalist myth and the American myth."
I use the word "myth" with some hesitancy as there may be those who take this to mean that I believe the biblical message to be on a par with children's fairy tales. Such is not the case. Myth in the sense I am using it here refers more to the power of a story to shape a consciousness which defines truth in a way that transcends the story itself. The myth of manifest destiny functions this way as it draws on historical events to define something larger than the events themselves. The dispensationalist myth does the same with the story of the founding of the state of Israel. Here, too, the historical events are less important than the interpretation given to those events, the way the story is framed giving rise to a larger Truth.
This is the way the story goes, at least in its condensed version: A persecuted people longing for a land where they can practice their faith in freedom overcome great odds and a determined opposition under God's direction and empowerment to create a state of their own. The opposition comes from "savages" who use terrorist tactics to keep these brave settlers from establishing their state, savages whose poor stewardship of the land justifies their removal.
Here, I believe, is at least one explanation for the tenacious hold of the dispensationalist myth on the American consciousness (even beyond evangelical circles)-it echoes themes of the American frontier myth. We hear our own story in Israel's story. We identify with the Zionists because their experience matches ours (or at least appears to match ours as we are dealing less with actual history here than interpretive history.
I agree wholeheartedly with John what he wrote. We have somehow made the transition to believing Israel as a political national world force and chosen by God to have their land we now believe it is our "Manifest Destiny" to force our way of life upon all the world, whether they like it or not. We will do so without consideration of justice, peace, or love. What matters is this great concept of America to be ruler over the world, and Israel to co-rule with us. Rather than a spiritual Israel which encompasses both Jew and Gentile as one in the Spirit of Christ, we desire to show the world it is a physical promise and not a spiritual one. We miss it just as assuredly as the Old Covenant Israel missed it when Christ proclaimed himself Messiah and had Him crucified.
Soon and very soon, this will all backfire in our faces, as it did for Germany and every nation in history that ever sat in the temple and declared themselves to be God. America is about to face the greatest challenge it ever will, when this idea of supremacy over anyone that opposes our ideals, turns in on itself, and destroys it's own people in the form of a massive Police State. It has already begun, and we are just starting to see the storm at the beginning of the tornado, that will rip through this country like a whirlwind destroying everthing we ever knew as freedom, as the voices of politicians and fundamentalist become one, they will cry out for the blood of those that oppose anything that is in any way, oppositional to their way of thinking and believing. They will gain what the Zionist refer to a nation under the "Noahdic laws". I will speak on this greater at another time as to what this law is and it's origins.
I remind Christians once again, Israel received the physical land they were promised, they lose the promise of their spiritual inheritance which is all that is remaining for them unless they come to accept Christ as Messiah. We are one with those Jews that are Christian as all people, as there are many Christians in Palestine, that are Palestinian. There are many former Muslims in Iraq, Iran and other nations that have come to know Christ.
Regardless of what anyone believes our government is not divinely appointed by God nor will it ever be. Only the soon coming Theocracy of God, when Christ does return will be the government of God.
In the meantime we must respect all life, and all culture, all nations, and love them and bring them to the Gospel of Christ. The problem is we want to bring them to a distortion of the gospel which is made up of the ideals of American materialism, American culture, American western theology and the list goes on to that which makes up that we call American Christianity.
It is a false gospel which is doomed for failure, regardless of the Pat Robertson's the TBN er's and others who propagate a lie, that will only turn them into monsters or will imprison them. I know these are harsh words, but I can't stomach what I see happening around me and what people call Christianity and Democracy, and on and on, when they are not! It is a lie from hell, that God has allowed to blind us to truth. We need to wake up, get serious about individual study of the Bible and the verses that clearly show these ideals come anywhere but from our heavenly Father, the Apostles and Jesus, Our Lord. It didnt take that long for Hitler and other dictators to turn Germany into a land of persecutors and death squads. Our time may be waiting to come and I believe it is just around the corner.
It is a time to smell the roses to say, Christians need to seriously step back and look at what it means to abide in Christ versus the new drive of American Zionism-Nationalism. Beware, even Satan can appear as an angel of light. I believe this is his time to do so, and Americans are falling into hypnosis of that light that he pretends to be, right this very moment. I call for an end to American hegonomy and an end to the myth of a Christian nation, and an end to Dispensational teaching in the body of Christ that separates the promises of God for Jew and Gentile. We are one and all the promises have been fulfilled in Christ. It is He, that cried out, "It is Finished." We only await the day of resurrection and His coming, when the sons of God shall be truly revealed. In the meantime we the wheat must deal with the tares, among us. China - The Truth of Persecution
Here we are in America, living with the benefits of labor and production from those suffering in one of the most oppressive countries of the world. Why? This is not an easy question to answer unless one says we have drawn our attention away from communism to focus on terrorism. Yet, this nation, China, continues to terrorize it's own people and no word from Washington ever is spoken about the injustice or the lack of individaul freedom there. Recently, Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr.spoke in Shanghai, China on March 7, 2007.
In all of his speech, that I read there was never a mention for China to change it's policy on individual freedoms. No, it was all about China and it's continued blessing toward a one world economy. What they needed to do yet in banking and commerce to improve their status worldwide, and glowing commendations on what they have done financially to strengthen the world economy and how important they are.
This is our government who once sacrificed 60,000 men to fight against Communism in Viet Nam, now we play bed partners with them in commerce.
What changed?
Here is an example of what still goes on over there with Christian persecution.
On March 6, 2007 - Local Police raided a home church where a Bible study was being held in the Wancheng District of Nanyang vity, Henan Province. Thirty four Chinese Christian leaders and three church leaders were taken in and interrogated. Policemen from the Public Security Bureau (PSB)broke into the house which is the home of Pastor Dong Qaunyo who is the Vice president of the Chinese House Church Alliance.
This all took place one day before the Secretary of the Treasury's visit.
What has changed? Why the sudden acceptance of China as a nice country to move your business to, and to do business with? Why do we buy their products by the groves. Walmart being one of the largest purchasers of Chinese goods.
Why do we still call them a "most favored trade nation"?
I can recall many a person even relatives who were all for the war in Viet Nam, all because the fears then that had played on the emotions of Americans, once called the "Domino theory". The idea planted was when one country falls to Communism, the next will and on and on until the world would be swallowed up by Communism, even the United States of America. Get your gun boys, and let's go get those commies!
I remember the cry, and anyone who wasn't willing to fight this war called for by our government was a coward and a Commie. I was one of those who opposed the war. I never had to raise a weapon and kill anyone, which I thank God for that. All the same, I find it interesting, that the very same people that would have called me a coward or a 'Commie', now supporting and not caring how much money they are contributing to the support of the greatest communist nation known outside of Russia. One of the greatest persecutors of our Christian brothers and sisters.
Where is the call of hypocrisy?
Why have we become such hypocrites within less than 50 years. Now, how long will it take before we accept all Muslim countries as A-OK.

I am sorry but will be blunt to say it, and thus the house church movement in the U.S. is growing by leaps and bounds. People aren't interested in buildings, structured services, organized meetings, wasted money, people are dying for relationship with other like minded believers and with Christ as the leader, not a man or an organization.
Pastors of the past could be political, now you can't, you have to limit what you say or someone will report you and you will lose your non-profit status - like a pastor in Florida did. So what does that say for freedom of worship here. It is the pastors of the past that because of their political rhetoric and sermons that led the great revolution as I wrote in my article entitled "How American Preachers Incited the American Revolution. I wrote this on 2/27/2007. We have lost our power as the church to change the politics of this nation because we bent our knee to the love of money, and servitude to the State, through incorporation and non-profit status licensing by the IRS.
See China does have an institutional church, one that is licensed and advocated by the Communist government there. The problem is, it has all the appearance of being Christian with buildings and pastors, etc. It is state run and dictated what is to be taught by the government, the truth of the good news of Jesus Christ is not allowed to be taught truthfully or in line with scripture. So, REAL Christians meet in their homes, in the woods, or wherever they can find escape from the Communist State rules and authority over them and over truth. These are our real persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ. They are persued like the Romans did Christians with the same vigor and often imprisoned and tortured like the early Christians, they suffer for their belief.
Americans do not understand suffering for their faith, except the few that may have escaped these communist countries and live here now. So, we accept American Christianity as it is, and disregard the truth of the politics of this nation and we disregard scripture in loving our brother. Chinese Christians are our brothers.
When we sit silently about these things, whether it be in Saudi Arabia, where all Christianity is illegal and China and many other nations, I ask where is our love?
Our silence and partnering with these countries says much more about our Christianity then all the church meetings we will ever attend.
We have failed those in need to only acquire our lust for material goods at a cheaper price. We do this on the backs of slaves of communism.
Will any Christian, become active in boycotting these businesses that drive the economy of China and allow them to continue in the direction they are going. Great material wealth for some Chinese- the elite- cannot be reconciled as anything democratic or otherwise free.
This hypocrisy of our ever changing outlook on life and what is right and wrong irritates me, because it seems we let our government dictate what is righteous rather than our hearts, minds and scriptural dictate. We have lost our first love.
China, I pray for you, not your government, but I pray for my many brothers and sisters there, and whatever I can do, to help you obtain freedom of true worship, I will do with God's help. May God help us as American Christians set you free! May we do it without war, but by your ever growing presence there as a force to be contended with. It is Jesus, who said, that the very gates of hell will not be able prevail against the church (those who truly believe).
You have a hell while in your spirits you are in the Kingdom of heaven with Christ as King, I pray that your hell of persecution will soon come to an end, and you may live in peace and be able to proclaim the Gospel of Christ freely among your people. I pray that American Christians that truly believe will take action to see that this is so. Sometimes it only takes a letter or a phone call, but the work has to be done. I ask the Holy Spirit to give us all conviction where we have failed you, our brothers and sisters, so terribly. God help us to see and have the blindness taken away. I pray that the blindness that the god of this world has brought upon the wealthiest nation in the world, will be removed, and we will see clearly once again truth and live by it.

In all of his speech, that I read there was never a mention for China to change it's policy on individual freedoms. No, it was all about China and it's continued blessing toward a one world economy. What they needed to do yet in banking and commerce to improve their status worldwide, and glowing commendations on what they have done financially to strengthen the world economy and how important they are.
This is our government who once sacrificed 60,000 men to fight against Communism in Viet Nam, now we play bed partners with them in commerce.
What changed?
Here is an example of what still goes on over there with Christian persecution.
On March 6, 2007 - Local Police raided a home church where a Bible study was being held in the Wancheng District of Nanyang vity, Henan Province. Thirty four Chinese Christian leaders and three church leaders were taken in and interrogated. Policemen from the Public Security Bureau (PSB)broke into the house which is the home of Pastor Dong Qaunyo who is the Vice president of the Chinese House Church Alliance.
This all took place one day before the Secretary of the Treasury's visit.
What has changed? Why the sudden acceptance of China as a nice country to move your business to, and to do business with? Why do we buy their products by the groves. Walmart being one of the largest purchasers of Chinese goods.
Why do we still call them a "most favored trade nation"?
I can recall many a person even relatives who were all for the war in Viet Nam, all because the fears then that had played on the emotions of Americans, once called the "Domino theory". The idea planted was when one country falls to Communism, the next will and on and on until the world would be swallowed up by Communism, even the United States of America. Get your gun boys, and let's go get those commies!
I remember the cry, and anyone who wasn't willing to fight this war called for by our government was a coward and a Commie. I was one of those who opposed the war. I never had to raise a weapon and kill anyone, which I thank God for that. All the same, I find it interesting, that the very same people that would have called me a coward or a 'Commie', now supporting and not caring how much money they are contributing to the support of the greatest communist nation known outside of Russia. One of the greatest persecutors of our Christian brothers and sisters.
Where is the call of hypocrisy?
Why have we become such hypocrites within less than 50 years. Now, how long will it take before we accept all Muslim countries as A-OK.

The Ongoing Battle For Sanity
I am writing this today for a specific reason. There are a few Americans that realize what is really taking place in this country. One of those few Americans years ago, a Los Angelese Police Detective, named Mike Ruppert, faced the ugly fact that drugs were being brought into this country and overlooked by our government. This transpired as a girlfriend of his, who worked for the CIA, asked him to assist the government by overlooking the drugs, to assist in the battle against terrorist, etc. Mike couldn't do it, he stood his ground as an upright moral individual, who had taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, which it seems many of today's political leaders have forgotten, or at least that part which contains the Bill of Rights.
Mike was ruined purposely and ran out of the LA Police department when he attempted to do what was right. Report it and stop it. For years Mike has been reporting things as he sees them, and the truth about 911, the Oil Cartels, the real drug lords and more. Sadly, he has been harrased and finally had his offices burglarized. Mike ran a web site called "From the Wilderness" Over the lsat several years he had to deal with people planted in his office on more than one occassion to try to discredit him, even try to set him up with sexual harrasment. He was smart, and got them instead however, his fight to change things from within the system, came to an end. He gave up his favorite office, his country and his ability to try to get people to think for themselves. He tried for years to get people to wake up to what was really going on in the U.S. government, instead of living in the world of smoke and mirrors that we have become accustomed to.
Mike left the United States, in fear of his own life being threatened, in that time he became seriously ill and is now in a hospital in Canada. He has been left broke, and in debt. Some even suggest he may have been poisoned. The symptoms are there. He gave into the pressure exerted as it is on all great people in this country that ever tried to tell the truth or change the evil for good, or bring light where there was darkness. He has lost the battle, like so many have, Martin Luther King Jr., John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and many more, who saw what was happening to America and wanted to warn us, and change it.
Though yet, alive, his dream is dead, and he is left in pain and agony lying in a hospital and now trying to pay off debts to his readers and creditors.
The New World Order is here to stay, there is no use any longer to go on trying to tell people the facts. When your own life is threatened and your own government is possibly behind the harrasment, to silence you. You throw in the towel and say OK, I give. I have thought often over the last year of quitting and saying what is the use of trying to talk to anyone about what is really going on. I really have got to that point. People will not listen, as long as they can buy a new car, have a new TV set or buy a new home. Babylon is born! They have already accepted the "mark of the beast". They have accepted the great delusion God said he would send.
The present state of affairs in America is far from what I ever believed it would become. We have now turned to pushing the rest of the world around in the name of anti-terrorism, killing people where ever we think it is necessary and justifying it even in the American churches. Christian Nationalism has destroyed what was left of the Gospel of Christ. There is no Muslim or Buddhist, or other religion that will hear our new gospel, because it sounds too much like theirs - "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth", dying for your cause, guarantees entry into heaven now.
We without a doubt have allowed this new fascism of superiority over all governments, people and religions to become a reality. We have done most of this for the sake of oil, it is truly the black death, for whoever has it will find itself in a war to keep it. We have done it for the sake of a false gospel that protects a government in Israel that kills and persecutes even it's own, and Christian Palestinians as well.
The American corporation has provided death to American manufacturing and farming owned by individuals and opted for Corporate ownership and dictatorship. We have dealt death to the American inspired to live the American dream, of a small but successful business to feed his family. We have created a world in which the government and the corporation are bed partners, locked into each other's arms like a whore and her client.
If you don't believe that, then let's look at a statement as recorded by Mikes' notes on his leaving the U.S.

As such it has placed something different from and opposed to the welfare of human beings on the compass as its “true North”.

We are on a drive of American hegonomy across the world, this drive as Rome's greed for power over all other nations will destroy us.
We are a nation bent on self destruction right now. We have listened too long to those whose sole purpose in life is to make a dollar regardless of who suffers in the quest of it. The love of money is truly the root of all evil. America is in love with the dollar and itself - and soon very soon, I see a fall coming. Just as Rome stood thinking it was established by the gods and could not fail, American people have become puffed up with pride and bloodshed in their hearts and think that becuse they call themself Christians and support the apartheid government of Israel (who are not true Jews) they will not fall.
I have tried on many occassions to talk to friends and family about these things, but they are blind, and truth is not what they want to hear. What they want to hear is how we will rule the world, and make everything safe, and we will have our homes, our cars, and television sets without fear of threat from without. They have forgotten, every great nation has fallen from within. The new Rome - America, is about to face the same consequences, when it does, I will not say, "I told you so".
I have wasted my breath to often and like Mike, I really feel like I have wasted my time to speak. Jesus put it best, when he said, "Let the blind lead the blind".
There once was hope, but with all the recent advent of the destruction of human rights, privacy rights, the cry to torture other humans to protect ourselves. I hear only the words of Adolph Hitler, who too thought that his race the Arayan was supreme.
We in America have come to believe that our way of life is supreme, that our religion is supreme, that our materialism is supreme, that our drug addiction is supreme, our aborted babies is supreme, our hatred for other races, other countries is supreme. We have lost the very backbone of Christianity- Keep my commandments- Love one another as I have loved you. Jesus was not saying just love those that fit into your group, your ideals, your race, your country, your church, your community, but to love all mankind as he did. He gave his life, that the world might be saved. He too was silenced by the majority, for the words he spoke were life.
America use to appreciate life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness equally for all men and not just for Americans. We have strayed far from that path these days- it is a path that will result in our destruction. I assure you, history repeats itself. I quote once again from one of our Presidents who realized this, Abraham Lincoln- who too was silenced. Thus the ongoing battle for sanity remains. I write, in hope to bring light to people who have somehow learned to love darkness rather than light.

The Un- Patriot Act
I having been wishing to write about this subject for sometime. Today's news made it a lot easier, as now I have a reason to do so. It appears the U.S. Government has done just what it promised it wouldn't do with the enactment of the Patriot Act.
So named to make all those that would have voted against it feel un-patriotic. I just thank God that there are a few legislators like Senator Ron Paul, who took a lone stand against the act and it's passing in the beginning, he recognized it for what it really was - the Un-Patriot Act. Most Americans fell to the lie that this Act was to protect them from the big-bad terrorist out there, just waiting to kill them and their families. This is the way all totalitarian regimes have come into existence, is to be first fear mongers, create an atmosphere of fear, then use this to get people to give up their liberties under the pretention that they will be protected. For most Americans, they don't have a clue about history or world history or for that part American history. This is to their shame,for liberty is always protected by those that understand it the most, and understand that history repeats itself. Our forefathers and many others understood this, and without this understanding this country would have never come into existence. I would like to provide here a few quotes of some of the greats. Perhaps their words might ring a bell in someone's mind, what freedom is all about.

Let's take the first quote, Ben Franklin understood, the police state, he lived under it when the British ruled this country. He understood, that the quickest way, to take over someone's freedom is to make a promise of security. Here, he expresses his love of Freedom over Security. What most people don't understand is that under British rule the government was provided unlimited search and seizure capabilities through what then was known as the "general warrant". This warrant allowed the police of the day- the British soldier to search anyone's home, and seize any evidence it deemed it wanted to, without probable cause or reason. The soldier could enter your home, determine where and when he wanted to search and take whatever he deemed he could use against you in a trial for sedition or being a traitor to British rule. So once the Consitution was passed, people like Patrick Henry who said "give me liberty or give me death, spent the next five years getting the Bill of Rights passed and added to the Constitution. He and his famiy died as a result of their charge for liberty. See, the Constitution alone would not gurantee, that a centralized government wouldn't destroy the very things upon which human life is dependent on to thrive and that is YOUR bill of rights.
Hitler, burnt the Rieschtag, claiming it was Russian terrorist who did it, the next day he passed the Emergency Powers Act (reads like the Patriot Act) and was made supreme ruler over Germany as a result. Do you see how history repeats itself?
Men will always grasp at power and absolute power, and as everyone knows absolute power, absolutely corrupts!
Thus, as in the above quote by William Abbey, "we must always be ready to defend our country against our government". He understood that all governemnt when given free rein will rule with an iron fist, not with the consensus of the people.
We have allowed the Bush regime to take away our last few remaining rights. It all started with the former Justice of the Supreme Court, William H. Rehnquist. Rehnquist was responsible for the majority vote that provided 11 exceptions to the law on search and seizure. Now, we find that he may have been stoned on drugs when he voted this way. They allow the FBI to require telephone companies, Internet service providers, banks, credit bureaus and other businesses to produce highly personal records about their customers or subscribers _ without a judge's approval.
About three-fourths of the national security letters were issued for counterterror cases, and the other fourth for spy investigations.
Fine's annual review is required by Congress, over the objections of the Bush administration.
The audit released Friday found that the number of national security letters issued by the FBI skyrocketed in the years after the Patriot Act became law.
In 2000, for example, the FBI issued an estimated 8,500 letters. By 2003, however, that number jumped to 39,000. It rose again the next year, to about 56,000 letters in 2004, and dropped to approximately 47,000 in 2005.
Over the entire three-year period, the FBI reported issuing 143,074 national security letters requesting customer data from businesses, the audit found. But that did not include an additional 8,850 requests that were never recorded in the FBI 's database, the audit found.
Also, Fine's audit noted, a 2006 report to Congress showing that the FBI delivered only 9,254 national security letters during the previous year _ on 3,501 U.S. citizens and legal residents _ was only required to report certain types of requests for information. That report did not outline the full scope of the national security letter requests in 2005, nor was it required to, Fine's office said.
Additionally, the audit found, the FBI identified 26 possible violations in its use of the national security letters, including failing to get proper authorization, making improper requests under the law and unauthorized collection of telephone or Internet e-mail records.
The Patriot Act gave the government free run to access information on any American they deemed they wanted to investigate. A repeat of the British rule - "General Warrant". I would also like to make a similar quote that I remember the Communist leader Kruschev making, that they would never defeat us from without but would take us over from within. So named to make all those that would have voted against it feel un-patriotic. I just thank God that there are a few legislators like Senator Ron Paul, who took a lone stand against the act and it's passing in the beginning, he recognized it for what it really was - the Un-Patriot Act. Most Americans fell to the lie that this Act was to protect them from the big-bad terrorist out there, just waiting to kill them and their families. This is the way all totalitarian regimes have come into existence, is to be first fear mongers, create an atmosphere of fear, then use this to get people to give up their liberties under the pretention that they will be protected. For most Americans, they don't have a clue about history or world history or for that part American history. This is to their shame,for liberty is always protected by those that understand it the most, and understand that history repeats itself. Our forefathers and many others understood this, and without this understanding this country would have never come into existence. I would like to provide here a few quotes of some of the greats. Let's take the first quote, Ben Franklin understood, the police state, he lived under it when the British ruled this country. He understood, that the quickest way, to take over someone's freedom is to make a promise of security. Here, he expresses his love of Freedom over Security. What most people don't understand is that under British rule the government was provided unlimited search and seizure capabilities through what then was known as the "general warrant". This warrant allowed the police of the day- the British soldier to search anyone's home, and seize any evidence it deemed it wanted to, without probable cause or reason. The soldier could enter your home, determine where and when he wanted to search and take whatever he deemed he could use against you in a trial for sedition or being a traitor to British rule. So once the Consitution was passed, people like Patrick Henry who said "give me liberty or give me death, spent the next five years getting the Bill of Rights passed and added to the Constitution. He and his famiy died as a result of their charge for liberty. See, the Constitution alone would not gurantee, that a centralized government wouldn't destroy the very things upon which human life is dependent on to thrive and that is YOUR bill of rights.
Hitler, burnt the Rieschtag, claiming it was Russian terrorist who did it, the next day he passed the Emergency Powers Act (reads like the Patriot Act) and was made supreme ruler over Germany as a result. Do you see how history repeats itself?
Men will always grasp at power and absolute power, and as everyone knows absolute power, absolutely corrupts!

Amazing Grace
I saw but for a brief moment, an advertisement on television about a movie called, Amazing Grace. I didn't give it much thought at the moment and went on by it while clicking the remote control. One of the favorite things of men to do, switch through the channels before settling down to watch just one thing. My mother called yesterday and mentioned her and my dad were going to go see this movie. She told me she sent me a link in my email and to take a look at it. I did. The movie is about something, I knew for awhile now, which is the story behind the song, "Amazing Grace". This song so loved by everyone, especially here in our society. This song after the 911 incident was the most sung song across America. How soon we forget.
For the most part we have largly ignored the origin of this song and it's author.
I am going to be honest about it, the "white church" hasn't talked about the origin or the author, though we like to sing the song.
I believe we have ignored a mention of this song's origin and it's author simply because it deals with the emancipation of men from slavery, namely that of the African slaves. Regardless, how we pretend to not be prejudice in this country, claiming to be 80% Christian, we are. I personally think that is why, until I read up on it by accident a few years back, I never knew the story behind the song that I sang in church since age 6.

John Newton wrote the words to one of the most beloved hymns of all time between 1760 and 1770, while working as an evangelical pastor. Son of the commander of a merchant ship, Newton was captain of a slave ship for many years, until he underwent a dramatic religious conversion while steering his vessel through a storm.
Repenting and regretting the misery he had inflicted on the thousands of human cargo he had transported across the Middle Passage for many years, he devoted his life to the Church, and wrote the lyrics to many hymns which are still popular today.
In 1780 Newton left Olney to become rector of St. Mary Woolnoth, St. Mary Woolchurch, in London. There he drew large congregations and influenced many, among them William Wilberforce. Newton continued to preach until the last year of life, although he was blind by that time. He died in London December 21, 1807.
What a tremendous testimony to the power of God, to change a man from a slave trader to a minister of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18).
A man that so influenced William Wilberforce, that he went to battle to end slavery. The movie is this story. Christian churches will now know the story behind the song and how it resulted in the Grace of God, working through this one man, John Newton, and how he influenced another individual, William Wilberforce to stop this horrible practice of slavery of the African nations people by England. The movie is about this story and the people as summarized here.
Wilberforce, who, was a Member of Parliament, navigated the world of 18th Century backroom politics to end the slave trade in the British Empire. John Newton, a confidante of Wilberforce who inspired him to pursue a life of service to humanity. William Pitt the Younger, England's youngest ever Prime Minister at the age of 24, who encourages his friend Wilberforce to take up the fight to outlaw slavery and supports him in his struggles in Parliament.Elected to the House of Commons at the age of 21, and on his way to a successful political career, Wilberforce, over the course of two decades, took on the English establishment and persuaded those in power to end the inhumane trade of slavery.
Barbara Spooner, was a young woman who shares Wilberforce's passion for reform, and who becomes his wife after a whirlwind courtship. Olaudah Equiano. Born in Africa and sent as a slave to the Colonies, Equiano bought his freedom and made his home in London, where he wrote a best-selling account of his life and became a leading figure in the fight to end the slavery of his fellow countrymen.
This movie is now showing in Tyler, Texas theaters and other places across the United States. I recommend others to see this film, as the courage of these believers in Christ went about practicing, the Lord's prayer. "Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
There is much to be said about Christian activism. I am an activist as a Christian, for I believe we are called to bring about and usher in the Kingdom of God, by living it, breathing it and allowing the resurrected life of Jesus to live through us, we will influence, and change the world by exposing evil, whereever and whenever God calls us to. It will be costly, but did Jesus not say, count the cost? So, I choose to write now about another slavery that goes on. Go ahead and get mad at me again. It seems whenever I speak the truth about something, someone gets angry, kind of like the Pharisee's of Jesus time. That's OK, truth has to be spoken and I have given this one some thought in my time with the Lord.
Slavery in America Still Exist!
There is a new prejudice in America that has raised it's ugly head, it is a prejudice against the Hispanic people in this country.
Yes, the law has been violated with the illegal entry of many of them, but these people only come here, because in our greed we have invited them as American businessman, so we can pay lower wages to make higher profits. Don't blame any people who want to better themselves, and their families. If you want to stop the influx of illegals, you don't form a hatred committee against those coming here, you form a hatred for the evil of greed that encompasse American business today who illegally hire the people, so their profits can grow. This is where the problem is.
God loves the Mexican people and being raised in New Mexico, I love their culture, their art, their food and their music. They are a wonderful people, and as much Mexican food as we consume and as many Mexican food restaraunts there are here in Athens, Texas, this is a statement, that we like something about them.
The only thing, I ask, do we love them as Christ called us to love them. Or are we just enamored with the idea of having them cook, clean and wait on us, like slaves?
Are we willing to make a stand against slavery?
When a man works at low wages, while another man could afford to pay more, this is nothing more than justified slavery.
Are we willing as Christians to make a stand for all races and colors, or we only fooling ourselves into "playing church" on Sunday?
The words for all of us of this great song, Amazing Grace, should take on more meaning now that we understand, that the author of this wonderful song, took his faith in Christ to heart and influenced others to change the world they lived in.
