China - The Truth of Persecution

Here we are in America, living with the benefits of labor and production from those suffering in one of the most oppressive countries of the world. Why? This is not an easy question to answer unless one says we have drawn our attention away from communism to focus on terrorism. Yet, this nation, China, continues to terrorize it's own people and no word from Washington ever is spoken about the injustice or the lack of individaul freedom there. Recently, Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr.spoke in Shanghai, China on March 7, 2007.

In all of his speech, that I read there was never a mention for China to change it's policy on individual freedoms. No, it was all about China and it's continued blessing toward a one world economy. What they needed to do yet in banking and commerce to improve their status worldwide, and glowing commendations on what they have done financially to strengthen the world economy and how important they are.

This is our government who once sacrificed 60,000 men to fight against Communism in Viet Nam, now we play bed partners with them in commerce.
What changed?

Here is an example of what still goes on over there with Christian persecution.

On March 6, 2007 - Local Police raided a home church where a Bible study was being held in the Wancheng District of Nanyang vity, Henan Province. Thirty four Chinese Christian leaders and three church leaders were taken in and interrogated. Policemen from the Public Security Bureau (PSB)broke into the house which is the home of Pastor Dong Qaunyo who is the Vice president of the Chinese House Church Alliance.

This all took place one day before the Secretary of the Treasury's visit.

What has changed? Why the sudden acceptance of China as a nice country to move your business to, and to do business with? Why do we buy their products by the groves. Walmart being one of the largest purchasers of Chinese goods.
Why do we still call them a "most favored trade nation"?

I can recall many a person even relatives who were all for the war in Viet Nam, all because the fears then that had played on the emotions of Americans, once called the "Domino theory". The idea planted was when one country falls to Communism, the next will and on and on until the world would be swallowed up by Communism, even the United States of America. Get your gun boys, and let's go get those commies!
I remember the cry, and anyone who wasn't willing to fight this war called for by our government was a coward and a Commie. I was one of those who opposed the war. I never had to raise a weapon and kill anyone, which I thank God for that. All the same, I find it interesting, that the very same people that would have called me a coward or a 'Commie', now supporting and not caring how much money they are contributing to the support of the greatest communist nation known outside of Russia. One of the greatest persecutors of our Christian brothers and sisters.

Where is the call of hypocrisy?
Why have we become such hypocrites within less than 50 years. Now, how long will it take before we accept all Muslim countries as A-OK.
We already do, nothing has been done about Saudia Arabia, the largest financial contributor to terrorism. Nine out of the thirteen participants of 911 came out of Saudia Arabia. Yet, we still condone our friendship with them, because our politicians condone it, just as they do China.
When will the American Christian get out of his living room, his church pew or other hiding place, and finally take an opposing view inline with scripture and tell our politicians and corporations, that we will not support or purchase another item from China until they allow Christianity to flourish there.
Many pastors here might say, well they can join the institutional church there, and quit meeting in secret. They as most, don't realize how much they are already a state run church of America with their non-profit status' and their incorporations, they aren't under the rulership of Christ but the State. I am sorry but will be blunt to say it, and thus the house church movement in the U.S. is growing by leaps and bounds. People aren't interested in buildings, structured services, organized meetings, wasted money, people are dying for relationship with other like minded believers and with Christ as the leader, not a man or an organization.

Pastors of the past could be political, now you can't, you have to limit what you say or someone will report you and you will lose your non-profit status - like a pastor in Florida did. So what does that say for freedom of worship here. It is the pastors of the past that because of their political rhetoric and sermons that led the great revolution as I wrote in my article entitled "How American Preachers Incited the American Revolution. I wrote this on 2/27/2007. We have lost our power as the church to change the politics of this nation because we bent our knee to the love of money, and servitude to the State, through incorporation and non-profit status licensing by the IRS.

See China does have an institutional church, one that is licensed and advocated by the Communist government there. The problem is, it has all the appearance of being Christian with buildings and pastors, etc. It is state run and dictated what is to be taught by the government, the truth of the good news of Jesus Christ is not allowed to be taught truthfully or in line with scripture. So, REAL Christians meet in their homes, in the woods, or wherever they can find escape from the Communist State rules and authority over them and over truth. These are our real persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ. They are persued like the Romans did Christians with the same vigor and often imprisoned and tortured like the early Christians, they suffer for their belief.

Americans do not understand suffering for their faith, except the few that may have escaped these communist countries and live here now. So, we accept American Christianity as it is, and disregard the truth of the politics of this nation and we disregard scripture in loving our brother. Chinese Christians are our brothers.
When we sit silently about these things, whether it be in Saudi Arabia, where all Christianity is illegal and China and many other nations, I ask where is our love?
Our silence and partnering with these countries says much more about our Christianity then all the church meetings we will ever attend.
We have failed those in need to only acquire our lust for material goods at a cheaper price. We do this on the backs of slaves of communism.
Will any Christian, become active in boycotting these businesses that drive the economy of China and allow them to continue in the direction they are going. Great material wealth for some Chinese- the elite- cannot be reconciled as anything democratic or otherwise free.

This hypocrisy of our ever changing outlook on life and what is right and wrong irritates me, because it seems we let our government dictate what is righteous rather than our hearts, minds and scriptural dictate. We have lost our first love.

China, I pray for you, not your government, but I pray for my many brothers and sisters there, and whatever I can do, to help you obtain freedom of true worship, I will do with God's help. May God help us as American Christians set you free! May we do it without war, but by your ever growing presence there as a force to be contended with. It is Jesus, who said, that the very gates of hell will not be able prevail against the church (those who truly believe).
You have a hell while in your spirits you are in the Kingdom of heaven with Christ as King, I pray that your hell of persecution will soon come to an end, and you may live in peace and be able to proclaim the Gospel of Christ freely among your people. I pray that American Christians that truly believe will take action to see that this is so. Sometimes it only takes a letter or a phone call, but the work has to be done. I ask the Holy Spirit to give us all conviction where we have failed you, our brothers and sisters, so terribly. God help us to see and have the blindness taken away. I pray that the blindness that the god of this world has brought upon the wealthiest nation in the world, will be removed, and we will see clearly once again truth and live by it.

PTSD and The Returning Soldier

I want to write here about something I know a little something about, PTSD, otherwise known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This is not psychobabble, it is a very real condition that affects 5.2 million Americans! What is it?: Here is some information by the American Medical Association.

What is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)?
PTSD is a real illness. People may get PTSD after living through a disturbing or frightening experience. It can be treated with medicine and therapy. You can get PTSD after you have been:
Raped or sexually abused
Hit or harmed by someone in your family
A victim of a violent crime
In an airplane or car crash
In a hurricane, tornado, or fire
In a war,
In an event where you thought you might be killed, or
After you have seen any of these events.

If you have PTSD, you often have nightmares or scary thoughts about the experience you went through. You try to stay away from anything that reminds you of your experience.
You may feel angry and unable to trust or care about other people. You may always be on the lookout for danger. You can feel very upset when something happens suddenly or without warning.

This Disorder will affect almost every American soldier, your son, your daughter on return from Iraq. Regardless, of what you believe or think about this war, it doesn't matter, but it does matter to your children. I know, I suffer from PTSD. Mine is very complicated, it is the result of years as a Firefighter and a Medic and then the horrible car crash I was in.and other incidents in my life. The most important one to trigger it was a car crash where I was driving, that ended with the death of my dear wife of 27 years.

The truth is, God is always right, especially when it comes to war. Jesus, taught us to love our enemies. Whenever a soldier man or woman kills or maims or injures another human being, regardless of what he is taught in the military, regardless of what he believes his justification is, deeper in his psyche, something will happen. This shock to the human mind will be there as an enduring memory. A very bad memory.
These are just a few of the symptoms you can expect your loved one to have when they do return from Iraq.
This is a small list compiled of the symptoms and treatments for Veterans. I drew this from the web site Viet Nam Vets against the War in Iraq. These are men who returned to find their lives in shambles and many ended up on the streets of America, homeless and messed up, drug users and alcoholics and wondering with no direction to go, until they found help.

And the good soldier John or the good troop Jane, who under fire never once thought of your civil rights, your silly flag, your doofus politics. Good Johnny or Jane, I say, feel and act a tad differently when the locked down feelings, bottled up memories, instinctive behaviors of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder fervently, unexpectedly kick in.
The symptoms of PTSD, in plain bloody English, are as follows:

• Flashbacks: seeing and feeling a combat event as if it were happening right now.
• Hyper Vigilance: being always on guard, always looking for where the next shot, next grenade, next rocket, ambush or IED will come next.
• Survivor Guilt: feeling bad, feeling real bad for having survived, where others in the platoon or squad didn't.
• Moral Guilt: wrestling with actions one did or did not take on.
• Startle Reflex: dropping, flinching, turning fast at a sudden noise or unexpected touch.
• Suicidal Ideation: thinking of killing oneself.
• Homicidal ideation: thinking of killing people. Friends or complete strangers.
• Homicidal Rage: anger way out of proportion to an everyday event. It comes quick, down and dirty.
• Sadness, depression, anxiety, crying spells: Staring into space, saying nothing.
• Nightmares: violent dreams related to combat. Sometimes it's the same dream. Some vets make strange noises. Thrash in bed. Wake up scared, or sweaty.
• Ritual Behavior: at night checking the lights, locking the doors, maybe keeping a weapon at hand.
• Alienation: a vet feels as if no one understands him, doesn't fit in, feels as if he or she should have never returned
• Panic Attack: for a short time the combat vet becomes suddenly and intensely afraid. He or she sweats, breathes hard. has a pounding heart, might get dizzy, choke
• Social isolation: staying alone for long periods of time. Or in public saying very little. To the point of being noticeably very quiet
• Drug and alcohol abuse: whatever works to dull the pain glowing inside one's head
•Fear of emotional intimacy: combats often won't let anyone get close to them. If someone gets too close. the vet backs off or pushes them away
• Employment: a lot of vets can't keep a job. Every couple of months quit or get fired
• Psychic Numbing: not have the ability to feel emotions. Vets talk about feeling hollow, blank, empty.
• Denial: Problems'! What problem? I don't have a problem.
•High Risk Behavior: doing daredevil stuff to re-live the rush of combat.

These symptoms are normal responses to extraordinary events outside the range of normal human experience. Most civilians are clueless about combat and its aftermath.

Some types of treatment:

• The talking Cure: a vet talks to a therapist who is skilled in treating war stress and is not a paid bullshitter.
• Group therapy: seven to ten vets meet once a week for an hour or two. A good group leader is essential. That person knows when to talk, when to listen, how to keep the vets focused. Otherwise, group therapy can get lame fast
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): a form of hypnosis in which the vet is fully awake.
• Exercise. Meditation. Meds. A friend who will just listen. An artistic endeavor.
and
*Faith in God.

One other thing. This is real important: a lot of Vets fear talking about war. They fear losing control. Breaking down. Crying. My advice to those who have seen combat; face yourself. Chances are good you will learn to live less in the past, more in the present, but you will never be the same. WW II. Korea, Panama. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Central America, wherever you were. Whatever you did in war will always be with you. Always.

PTSD will not only affect your son or daughter, husband or wife but it will at times devastate them. You must be prepared to handle this, you need to research it now, so you can help them through.

I have been on medication for almost 5 years now that has helped some, I sleep better, I eat better and the flashbacks to the things that have affected me aren't as bad, but at anytime, something can trigger it. PTSD, has cost me jobs, difficulties in my marriage and in my family life, it has affected my behavior. My PTSD came as a result of seeing too much death, injury and stupidity of humans, murder, fights, and more. Much of this came in the late 80's and early 90's due to my 3.5 years of being a FireFighter/Medic and in my 20 years as a Private Investigator, I saw it all.
I have seen people, opened up like animals while doing part of my duty as a Medic in assisting the Pathologist with autopsies at the local hospital. This was part of our duties, when we weren't on a call. I have seen bodies, fried by fire, maimed and killed by others, children dead and more. The thing that topped it all off was the attempted rescue of my wife's own life while she lay in my arms beside me in our car and I gave her mouth to mouth, praying and hoping for her to live. She didn't. The memory of that incident has never faded. The whole accident often will attack my dreams and my daytime thoughts. The memory of others who have suffered similar losses in car accidents, mountain climbing and flying and more will always be there. Death, is something we must all live with, as someday we will die as well.
The hardest part for your returning Vets, will be that they were often responsible directly for the death of another human being. This is reality.
I wasn't responsible for the incidents I was involved in, but all the same, there is something in the human soul that loves life and clings to life and doesn't want to take life. That I believe is the creation we were made to be. We were made in the likeness of our Creator who called each of us to not kill others. Jesus clairifed this. It isn't left to argument. Love thine enemy, take no vengeance. These words are hard for Americans. They for too long have had war glorified in television and movies. They have not lived it.
Regardless of the Religionist and the Old Testament incidents. One, must realize, that in the end, death will be swallowed up and it will never exist again. This is God's purpose- life.
The thought of those dying around you, by you or near you, is not an experience every American has experienced. Thank God, this is so. September 9, 2001 was really the first experience for American "civilians"to have dealing with senseless violence and death. This is commonplace stuff in war torn countries, they live it out, they live through 911's everyday.
We can't even imagine what it is like, Iraqi's do, Palestianians do, Israeli's do and many other people in this world torn by war and greed. They watch their family members die in their arms.
Women, children and men. It doesn't matter, until you have been there and experienced the reality which goes far beyond the edited media you get on television news in America or in the war movies you watch.
It is as the voice of Marlon Brando in his part in as the renegade General in the movie "Apocalypse" said over and over at the end of the scene, "the horror of it all, the horror, the horror. "
You can't even begin to know what really goes on in the mind of a returning veteran who has actually been engaged in war, killing and seeing the death of fellow soldiers. He will pretend, often using profanity, as if it was no big deal. It's all a lie, he or she is afraid to cry. Let them cry, let them spill out their guts. This can be the beginning of healing.

God, deliver us from any more foolish wars for the sake of men's greed and need to influence power over others.
God keep you safe from ever having to experience what millions of police officers, firefighters, medics, soldiers and other health workers across the world deal with everyday in their duties. Find someone to talk to.
I can tell you, there is One who not only forgives, but comforts and that is your heavenly Father. He can teach you how to start letting go.
My PTSD grows less and less, but all the same, I still need medication to help me. Don't fear admitting, it hurts, it is terrible or whatever it takes to begin the healing process.
I'm still healing and probably will for a very long, long time. The good thing, is I know that my future is held by my Father in heaven and there is coming a day, when death will be swallowed up in victory. The fear is subsiding, the hope is returning.
I only can hope and pray for those that chose to put themselves in such a position as our soldiers to do the bidding of politicians, who will return with PTSD. God help them and their familes to understand. If you haven't lived it, you can't imagine, "the horror."

Peanut Butter and Illness

I have a thought, just follow me for a moment. Peanut Butter, is one of most kids, favorite foods or at least a part of every diet. We have had illness after illness locally here. Schools have shutdown due to the high absenteeism. Brownsboro just recently had a closure because of so many kids out with "flu-like" symptoms.
Let's see what they say about Salmonella.
"A food borne illness that can cause death if not treated with antibiotics, salmonella's symptoms include diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps. I also know that it can cause vomiting as well.
Now if your child is having the above symptoms, did you stop to think, perhaps they too ate Peanut Butter sometime in the past few months.
I know how serious Salmonella can be, my mother in-law and father in-law, were both hospitalized in horrible conditions due to this from food they ate at a Greek restaurant in Florida where they resided. My Father in-law was unconscious and unresponsive for weeks, and then eventually died soon after, my mother in-law died two weeks before he did. This is not a sickness, to just take for granted. It will flat kill you, especially if your very young, or very old.
I thank God that he puts His protective hand over us at times, as just the night that this report came out, I was going to come home and have a Peanut Butter sandwich with Grape jelly. Guess what, I didn't and I got sidetracked and instead ate in town. That evening the report was on the news and I checked the new bottle of Peanut Butter I had bought at China Land (Walmart) and it had the 2111 number on the lid. I would probably be laid up sick or even dying, if I would have came home and ate my favorite sandwich. I have loved peanut butter and jelly since I was a kid. Folks, Salmonella is serious stuff.
Salmonella is not just a little bug or flu, it's such an important bacteria that Salmonella sickens about 40,000 people a year in the U.S. and kills about 600 people a year!
Now, how did this deadly bacteria get in Peanut Butter which is supposed to die when Peanut Butter is a cooked food before it is ever put in the jars?
Well it seems the CDC may have determined that it was the jars that the bacteria is in. Who knows?
The stranger part of this all is that the strain in this outbreak, Salmonella serotype Tennessee, is comparatively rare, as is salmonella contamination of peanut products, said Caroline Smith DeWaal, director of food safety at the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
Wow, another odd strain of something. Follow me for a moment. If anyone read about project PROJECT SHAD that the U.S. government experimented with things like Salmonella, etc, by spraying U.S. warships with these nasty little bacterias and such?
You are probably not, most people live their lives with rose colored glasses on. Well, if you do some digging, you will find the DOD site pertaining to this now declassified project.
Project SHAD, an acronym for Shipboard Hazard and Defense, was part of the joint service chemical and biological warfare test program conducted during the 1960s. Project SHAD encompassed tests designed to identify US warships' vulnerabilities to attacks with chemical or biological warfare agents and to develop procedures to respond to such attacks while maintaining a war-fighting capability. Although classified, the Department of Defense has been actively pursuing declassification of relevant medical information. To date twelve SHAD projects have been evaluated and released for your review.
The SHAD program planned as many as a hundred individual tests and was part of the larger Deseret Test Center program. Many tests were never actually executed. DoD investigators plan to look at all Deseret Test Center’s chemical and biological tests conducted between 1963 and 1970
Of the 4,300 sailors known to be involved (exposed), to our knowledge, only 622 have been notified.
For example DTC 48-50 was Staphylococcal Enterotoxin a type B toxin. A tracer in the aerosol was used called, Bacillus subtilis var. niger, another obnoxious little bacteria. They sprayed the U.S. Granville S. Hall and some 5 Army tugs with this stuff. This hasn't been the first time the U.S. has played havoc with lives by experimenting all in the name of War!
Now, here we are, all this talk about Terrorism, and worries over even our food chain being possibly poisoned by Terrorist it makes you wonder, hmm.
Perhaps, we need to be more conscious of the fact that experiments have been done in the past and they have been done in the present and knowing governments, they will be done in the future.
Maybe, this just started out as a small experiment from someone, and it grew. In the past year we have had all kinds of food scares like the PROJECT POPEYE - I call it, when our fresh Spinach went haywire for awhile there. Boy did, I miss my Spinach salad with olive oil then.
Now ConAgra one of the conglomerate food companies that has swallowed up a lot of farms and other small food production companies, is responsible for making hundreds sick since August with Salmonella. Of course, they say, not us, or maybe it was the jars. Anyway, this NWO food conglomerate has been in trouble more than once. ConAgra Inc. was charged in the past with fraud and fined $4.4 million according to the Corporate Crime Reporter 12(1), March 24, 1997.
So, who knows what exactly goes on out there, maybe they bought their jars real cheap from an Eco-Terrorist or something. Maybe, the government set this up, as a test, maybe it was all an accident (doubtful, considering the rarity of the type of Salmonella) but either way, we need to as Americans realize when we gave up producing our own food, raising our own cattle, etc., we were in for some trouble.
I heard a guy in 1977 talk about all this coming- he was truly a prophet in the sense he knew where it was all going, the end of the American Farmer and small companies. See, the theory was back then that the Tri-Lateral Commission- David Rockefeller and a lot of elitist cronies, wanted to gain 4 things as the primary stock holders, and that was food, oil, banking and water. If you have control of these, you control the world. Well, the day of small man doing small things is gone to the large companies doing, large things, and enslaving you to them. I know this sounds like bunk to most people, but as a Christian, I have devoted myself to exposing evil to the light. It takes time and effort and lots of research to do so. You are welcome to check out the facts for yourself.
Anyway, I digress, back to Peanut Butter. I sure miss those sandwiches right now. If I only "had wishes", if I only had my own farm, my own peanuts, my own wheat, maybe it would be safe to eat again, but it is beginning to seem that's not possible anymore. Enjoy, your spinach salad for now folks, until the next time your kids come home from school sick, ask what they have been eating, the flu just may be food poisoning. What do we do now? Perhaps we quit eating, have our kids bring the school lunch home before they eat it, so we can send it all of to a lab to be tested first. Now, there's a great idea for new business, come up with a pocket test kit, to test your food for poisons and other toxins before you eat. I think I'll work on that idea next and come up with it and become a large conglomerate business selling these to parents, so they can protect their kids and their own selves from the dangers of this crazy world we live in now.

Family Ties

Reading and hearing about Governor Perry lately here in Texas. The big news, his ideas to require all school girls to obtain a vaccine to prevent cervical cancer and his ideas on selling the State Lottery off. He states that marketing the lottery off to private interest could raise $14 billion. Now an AP reporter has done his homework and discovered that our State government is no better than the Federal government when it comes to friends and family ties, to obtain favors and money. It seems that his son, Griffin landed a job two weeks ago with the very same company advising the Governor on selling the Lottery and his old former Chief of Staff Mike Toomey, is a lobbyist for Merck, the one's making and providing the vaccine that would be used to inoculate your school girls. Yet, like most he says it is all coincidence and there is no handshakes going on under the table. Let's get real, now if two plus two equals FOUR, then family ties mean something or nothing. Why, haven't we all heard the story before? It's just coincidence that the President of Afghanistan happened to be a former big player in the oil company there, that finished it's pipeline after we arrived- and left fairly quickly I might add.
Where does the pipeline go carrying all that Afghan oil- where else- Walmart land or better known as China. Why it's just coincidence that Cheney has ties with Halliburton who won one of the first and largest civil contracts to support the military in Iraq. It's just coincidence that Condeleeza Rice was an oil company executive. Somewhere, down the line coincidences quit, and conspiracy begins. Regardless, what you anti-conspiracist say. Family ties and old friends will always drive politics and new legislation. I promise. Conspiracy isn't anything more than two or more individuals agreeing to accomplish something together and doing so in secret. The word comes from conspire or conspiring- Webster's defines it as such.
1 a : to join in a secret agreement to do an unlawful or wrongful act or an act which becomes unlawful as a result of the secret agreement b : SCHEME2 : to act in harmony toward a common end
Now , as a friend told me once, in a moment of his ignorance, there is no such thing as conspiracy. Yet, doesn't even the Bible tell us that conspiracy exist, wasn't it the Pharisee's that conspired to have Christ killed. So, conspiracy, secret agreements and more have existed throughout history. The Roman Senate conspired to kill Caesar. Well, not all conspiracies have to do with killing someone. A conspiracy can exist between, "I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine. "There sure is a lot of scratching backs going on these days in America. What do you think?

Athens Parking Meters

As most cities do, clientele of business and commerce in downtown areas near their square, they have put up parking meters or restricted time limits for parking. Now, as my old adage goes
"where the government can make money, they will". The city here recently met to clarify, not change, their ordinance pertaining to parking spaces in which their is a 2 hour limit. Why, you ask was this so important? Simple, they don't want people arguing over the tickets they are about to soon be getting. Paul Burton, City Administrator, stated according to Christin Ross of the Athens Daily Review the following, "since we're going to agressively enforce the ordinance, we needed to clarify it for the courts." Basically, to paraphrase him, we don't want anyone coming to court who will get out of the ticket, simply over the confusion of what and where one can park for two hours.
Now, I know from personal experience while living in Tylerand renting an office in the downtown square, you could put just enough money in to cover your two hours, and then by golly, somehow, you always got involved and caught up in the work you were doing, it would cost you a ticket. Now for visitors or people going in and transacting business 2 hours is plenty. However, if you rent or own an office or store place in the square, you were guranteed to be punished for doing so.
I had a boss in Tyler, who because he had to be on the move in the day, accumalatd 250 tickets in a short time. Why, simply because to go find parking elsewhere was inconvenient and too much distance to go back and forth from his car to his office. In a short time at all, he was reduced to being a criminal for his inability to run back and forth from his office to feed the meter. Now, you might say a little walk would have done him some good. Truth is, that wasn't his complaint, his complaint was he had to carry electronic equipment, papers and more into the downpours of rain we often had and it would ruin these objects. Water doesnt work well in printers, computers, computer paper, office papers, etc. For some reason, business is paying the cost, when they are the one's that bring greater revenue into a town. It seems that whenever someone makes a living in this country, the government finds a way to take more than their fair share. Parking limits, need to be, so everyone gets a chance to do business. I think however, workers and owners of business, if they have to park in front of their business and just get so busy they are unable to move within the two hour time alloted should be granted some sort of amnesty now and then. Why should they keep dishing out more money in penalties for just doing business in the square. Many Texas town squares have died, there are few shops, and stores that are in operation around them. This just could be, that business owners found a better location for themselves to park and their employees and at times even their customers. Go into the AllTel store on a busy day and you might be lucky to get out of their within 2 hours. That's all I have to say about that.
